This is our fourth time buying from Keetsa and we keep coming back.
We like the simplicity of the choices, mattress quality and the mattress prices.

Three years ago, we invested in one of KEETSA’s expensive mattresses with the expectation of quality and longevity. However, we've been sorely disappointed.
My husband's side of the bed has developed a sizable indent, leading to discomfort and back pain. When we reached out to customer service, multiple associates provided conflicting information, and it over a month and numerous calls and emails before we were able to speak to a manager.
Ultimately, we were informed that we needed to provide evidence of at least a 1.5-inch indent for warranty coverage to get a replacement. This requirement was never communicated to us during the purchase. In fact, the sales associate made it sound like if for any reason we were unhappy with the mattress we could get a replacement, which is not the case.
In contrast, I've had better experiences with mattresses purchased for a fraction of the cost on platforms like Amazon. I urge potential buyers to thoroughly review warranty details before making a purchase.
We are very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend investing in a KEETSA mattress until they update the terms of their warranty and provide better service to their customers.

Low quality mattresses at a premium price point. We bought three about 5 years ago and all have degraded rapidly. One was in a guest room and lightly used, it’s become so uncomfortable no one even wants to sleep on it. Save your money and avoid this trash brand. Their warranty is useless, they will deny you for any reason they can

I purchased two mattresses and their useful life was 3-4 years. They sagged and would not provide support as they used to, causing back discomfort. Keetsa did not take responsibility because lack of support is not covered under their warranty - they only cover permanent dents deeper than 3/4". My friends and family have other mattress brands that last 10+ years and provide support and comfort.

Love the Keetsa Plus mattress. My mom and dad have one, my sister has one and my husband and I have one. Just bought the wool comforter. So light and cozy. Bought sheets as well. They are amazing. Bought two pillows as well. Creating my grown up bed at 55 years old! Finally.

Just got my new Keetsa (Pillow Plus) mattress a few days ago. I'm a side sleeper so the firm foundation combined with the soft top allows my body to feel supported yet cushioned and comfy. My back feels great and it takes the pressure off my shoulders and hips. This is my second Keetsa mattress - I guess I'm a devotee. Chuck Feiock is an expert answering all my questions and providing top notch customer support. I can hardly wait to go to sleep tonight!

This is the only mattress for me. After getting my first Keetsa, I immediately shared with family how amazing this bed is. Every single family member has gotten at least one Keetsa. My brother put one in his guest bedroom ... and then started sleeping in his guest bedroom. This is not your average "bed in a box" this is a quality mattress that will change the life of anyone who has trouble sleeping. Also, their candles all smell amazing and I can't help but purchase them even when I'm not purchasing another mattress.

We bought a mattress at the NYC store eight years ago and its a malformed, uneven mess. Keetsa also won't honor the warranty: turns out if you check the fine print there's a ton of loopholes to ensure they don't actually have to comply with their promises of the "best warranty in the business". Also the mattresses are actually only environmentally friendly if they aren't landfill in a few years. The whole story is up at www.keetsa-mattress.com Note: Josh at the NYC store was the manager there that we dealt with and he was actually really nice! Points to Josh for being awesome, and I am sad that his employer hasn't done a better job giving him the tools to help customers who have already bought a mattress.

Boxed mattresses are TERRIBLE. They claim a stain leads to the permanent warps "exactly where the mattress is folded". I am disappointed and disgusted. I think the men running this store should be ASHAMED. You both act like misogynists. You are as void as your warranty. Save yourself from an utter waste of time and a lot of money, do not buy a Keetsa.

We bought tea leaf supreme with the steel bed frame. With in 2.5 year the bed lost shape and comfort. Both of us had back pain waking up. We provided all Info to claim the warranty. Customer service was terrible, the claim denied. We decided to replace our mattress with a different brand/ company- when we received our new mattress the techs said the frame was garbage and needed to be replaced. Very disappointing product and experience.

Very good mattresses. We ended up getting the "cloud" though my favorite was a different one (blanking on the name) which is a memory foam with soft topper. The cloud does not have a topper but the mattress with topper was significantly more expensive so we decided we'd get an after market topper. The cool thing about the show room is that you can test out the feel of all of their mattresses. As I said the foam with topper suits me best but something else might work for you. They have great pillow options too by the way. Note: they are closed but if you're going to buy they may do a private appointment.2nd note: I've bought 5 foam mattresses in my life and they all claimed not to smell. Not sure if Keetsa says they don't smell but this one does on unwrapping so air it out. (As did all 4 others I have bought from different companies). Does feel ice though after first night of sleep.

Keetsa has consistently good customer service and follows through on their promises. We bought Keetsa mattresses about 12 years ago and a frame more recently. Thank you, Keetsa!
