Had an excellent experience selecting a new sofa for our new space. I came in expecting to try out some sofas and potentially come back later, but we ended up purchasing a sofa by the end of our visit (very unusual for me). They were fairly busy on a Sunday, but a gentleman whose name I didn't catch directed us to a few sofas that I won't have thought to try, and of course one of them ended up being the one we purchased. We were passed off to Abdul for the logistics of the selecting the layout/fabric. Even though they were decently busy, Abdul took time to measure around the sofa to help us visualize how it would fit in our space, which helped us settle on a three-seater with a moveable ottomon, rather than a sectional.Overall had a lovely experience with the employees, and honestly their selection is amazing. It seems to be a very intentionally curated balance between well designed furniture without being over designed, well manufactured, and high(er)-end without paying extra for brand-name. It was honestly EXACTLY the balance was trying to hit. Can be more expensive, but if you can afford investing I strongly recommend KCC Modern, I'm confident this sofa is going to last a VERY long time.

KCC is the best. Outstanding collection of beautiful, high quality modern furniture, and great customer service. The guys who work there are so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and at the same time super chill and low key about it. The furniture is more expensive than e.g. West Elm or Bo Concept, but not that much more, and the design and quality of the furniture they sell more than justify it. I just took delivery of these chairs and couldn't be happier.

Interesting collection of mostly modern furniture pieces. We found an amazing display case/bookcase (Z Rack) that was a quirky shape that we loved, but a tad too wide for our space. Luckily, Trevor told us it came in a slightly narrower size which was perfect for us. I'd give the store 5 stars, but it was a big effort to get in touch via phone to confirm pricing, status of the order and delivery. We hung in there and were patient and eventually received the info we needed and, most importantly, got delivery when expected.

After visiting most of the showrooms in the Bay Area, this place has the best selection of Italian furniture. The furniture quality is top notch so you will need to step up and pay for quality. Despite the higher price when compared to Pottery Barn, West Elm or RH, we got better pricing than what was offered on-line for comparable Italian made furniture.
