The service is terrible, overpriced compared to other groceries in the area, the cashier is flat-out rude. Avoid at all costs.

This is quite impressively the worst service I've ever encountered at any business. The amount of sass coming from the lady at the counter is exactly what nobody ever needs.

Very convenient and the prices aren't exorbitant especially given it's location. I bought a bottle of water and Hershey's candy for less than $3. The Graduate Hotel where I stayed wanted $5 just for the same bottled water.

Honestly, the owner was extremely rude to me for no reason at all. I came in, retrieved my items, greeted him, and he treated me so disgusting. He slammed my card on the counter, and damn hear got mad when I asked if he had a bag. I don't know if he was racist or having a bad day, but I didn't do anything to deserve to be treat as such. Especially when I'm supporting his small business by purchasing his prices over priced stuff.

The bad reviews are too quick to judge a liquor store in front of an university that is open until very late. If you need soju or any refreshments and can't go anywhere else due to any apocalyptic event, like, the pandemic, you can count on this place being open and giving you what you get, sometimes even more (like tips of how to mix a good soju drink). They were open throughout the worst times of the pandemic and are still open, and the people running are very respectful and honest.

Horrendous customer service. The people running the place are just incredibly rude overall. Not only was the lady at the cash register rude and dismissive upfront when I asked a question. The same lady and another worker proceeded to trash-talk me and my friend in Korean in a racist manner... We walked right out.

Run by a very kind elderly korean couple who charge a reasonable amount given that it's a convenience store and have good hours

The person working here is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Did not even look up from the television show he was watching to help me and took his sweet time to do it. Been coming here my whole life and that was probably the last time I will return here. I don’t expect 5 star service at a friggin’ convenience store, but come on, I’ve had friendlier ‘service’ from McDonald’s employees that hate their life.
