I had my alarm installed but it ended up not working properly on the passenger side door. I tryed to reschedule but they weren't able to fix the problem.

I have a 2012 Scion IQ that I needed the car's radio and speakers replaced with something that had car play and a backup camera. I shopped around and JG Audio & Alarm gave the best quote and were able to take me the next day. I was VERY pleased with the install and they took the time to show me how to operate the new system. They were fast and friendly and did a great job. Looks like the new system came with the car!

My experience at JG Audio was excellent! They installed an aftermarket radio in my daughter's 2005 Prius so she can listen to her music via Bluetooth or aux cord from her iPhone. Both Rob and the other guy (sorry I don't recall your name!) were friendly, helpful and direct. No sleazy sales behavior. They did the work same day. I highly recommend them and am happy to support a local Berkeley shop!

I got a Viper alarm installed here and want to say that the guy that installed it was excellent, honest and took the time to answer all my questions and my alarm is awesome!I am knocking down a couple of stars because they underquoted me for the work on the phone. When I arrived, the first thing the installer asked me was if I was aware of the price and then went on to say that I actually need another part so it’s extra $$. It seems like it was practiced and maybe a schtick that do?? Seems like the person answering the phone/making appointments often underquotes you. I gave my exact name and car so not sure why they didn’t have the correct info. It definitely felt like a bait and switch. I would recommend actually going to the shop to get a quote.
