I worked with Jeff Maser disposing of a mass of Sun and Moon Press books (Los Angeles based) that the press founder Douglas Messerli donated to the Pollak Library at Cal State Fullerton. My dealings with Mr. Maser were in a business sense just squeaky clean! It was a delightful, accommodating gentleman. I was the acquisitions librarian and run-of-the-mill bibliographer at Fullerton from 1995 to 2004.
