Eric was so helpful today!! I needed 250 postcards printed and the digital files were in the wrong format (my fault!) Instead of printing them off and having the images look un-ideal, Eric was nice enough to call me and help me figure out how to fix it over the phone. He still was able to get my order completed the same day, which was really important to me, and he even called me to let me know they were ready. Eric really went above and beyond! Glad I picked this store- I will definitely be back. Thank you Eric and FedEx Berkeley!

I had a fantastic experience at FedEx Berkeley, thanks to Alena! She helped me print and cut matts for a special watercolor painting for a colleague, making the process smooth and stress-free. I tried the C700 printers at few different locations. This one was best calibrated, and Dee is super knowledgeable and helpful.

The self-service copying and printing here is just plain dishonest. You will be overcharged, charged for color printing on black and white documents (69 cents/page instead of 18 cents) and otherwise taken advantage of. Beware of a "team member" named Eric who goes out of his way to prove that the customer is always WRONG.

Oh, it felt so good coming in here to this Federal Express store. These people are nothing but nice to meet Sherine and Debbie everybody else treated me like I was pure gold, valuable gas like I was at the Hilton. Thank you so much for being here for me and and all your good hard work, and I'll be talking with y'all later next time if y'all need more services for your printing these jobs come on over here come on down they would love to help you out. I had a package I needed to send within the state, and another international one. I got guided through the options, and helped with what to do. The store was a little busy, and still Emily was very nice and focused on helping me. She made the process so easy! I will definitely prefer to ship from here from now on.
