My husband and I worked with Rosie to finalize color schemes for three rooms in our house. Rosie was an absolute delight. We really appreciated her time, expertise, and attention. We’re so glad we made the trip from SF to visit the showroom. Thank you Rosie!!

Your paint doesn’t compare with Advance Benjamin Moore, doesn’t touch up, it sticks to itself meaning the doors stick to the base and when you open the doors it peels the paint off. And so overpriced. It’s comparable to Home Depot paint!
And the distributor in daily city doesn’t recommend farrow & ball for cabinets, he said it’s glorified wall paint and I agree. 40 years of painting.

Farrow and Ball makes the most luscious paint EVER. Their colors are amazing as is the quality. But most importantly the staff at the Berkeley store, specially Rosy, are wonderful. They are patient and professional and give great advice. Fabulous all the way around!!!

Employee was very nice and helpful over the phone during my info gathering process. The paint is expensive but high quality with amazing colors.

Love this place, the service (thanks Michael!). The quality of the paint is really a step above. It has a ton of character to it - the amount and quality of the pigments is a lot higher. You get a lot more coverage than regular paints - the extra price is really a lot less than it appears. Worth a visit in person - you learn a lot in the store. :)

I almost never leave reviews for businesses, but I had such a lovely experience here, I had to say something. The paint quality and color curation is unmatched. The woman who helped me (I think her name is Rosie?) was so knowledgeable and sweet. I came in multiple times and with each visit, she remembered me and the details of my project, which made the experience extra lovely. While the prices are expensive, you really do get what you pay for and it's well worth it.

Finally stopped by to pick up a sample and discuss colors with the lovely woman at the store. Sooo helpful and insightful and fun!! Waay better than the basic paint store!

Michael in Berkeley is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the paint. Expensive but worth it. Talk to your painter as my experience is Most have not used before. Talk to Michael. Alot of material from F&B on painting, materials etc.

Excellent colors and paint! Very expensive but I wanted a particular color ( French gray) and wanted their pigments. Totally worth it. Very nice staff as well.

The employees at this store have a condescending and mean attitude, especially to people with accents. The employees assumed that I was not interested in buying, so why bother spending their precious time and offer some help.I won't put my feet in that store again!
