It was a fine class, but I think it was waaaaay overpriced. Perhaps if I drank, the wine would have made it more valuable but (but not quite a good value) or if the cheesemaking kits came with the price of the class, I'd feel like it was priced appropriately. I’d have done the no wine option, but they don’t offer it.

I took the 3 cheeses course, and it was a blast. Nicole is a great teacher. She understands all those niggly little details that make all the difference.

Yes you can learn al of this at home but if you want to get your cheese fix I promise you will learn much more even if you've made cheese before. Nicole is great!
