I went to British European told them what the scanner was giving me All he did was drag me along Tell me it was this and that and never actually fixed the problem. I spent over $1,800 and never actually got it fixed till I took it to the Jaguar dealership I'll never ever go to this place again Harris will talk to you polite but he is not to be trusted

Wonderful place. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I took a cherry 2008 Jaguar XK for pre-purchase inspection. Boy, did Haris know Jaguars! He is second generation in this business which his father started when they immigrated from Afghanistan years ago. Haris (one R) knew the car intimately, and was happy to coach me on its operation, in addition to doing a thorough and excellent inspection. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend British and European Service Center. I brought my Jaguar to Harris on a busy holiday weekend. They repaired my auto issues promptly with a very reasonable price. The technicians are highly trained and accomodating. This is the best local British car repair business.

This shop charged to over $600 (plus the wasted towing fees to and from)to tell me the engine was shot. Then gave no solution except (it is 35k but the engine is on backorder). I found another place that will do the job with a new engine for a 1/3rd of that price and there are many other options than the 35k engine they could have mentioned. Instead it was made to sound like the car was a write off. They actually don't do big jobs which they didn't tell me when I called to arrange to have the car towed there..

Excellent service and excellent work. They will definitely be my go to shop when I need my vehicle fixed or maintenance service in the future. I was able to drop off my vehicle for trans service and the 100,000 mileage servicing for my vehicle and pick it up that evening. I truly appreciate the thorough service done on my vehicle.

I just love the service that I had received at Bristtish & European at 1345 San Pablo Ave in Berkeley CA ! . It fair when providing an estimate on the parts and labor when fixing my 2013 Range Rover which needed my coolants system done . I was so excited that this place was easy to find and I had gone by the previous Yelps Reviews. A very honest and reasonable price to do business.

Haris is so awesome! He's so patient and really wants the owner to understand what is required to keep their car running optimally for the life of the car. He's thorough and was able to get me on the schedule the same week I called. He even offered to stay late on a Friday so that I could pick my car before the weekend because I knew I would get stuck in some traffic.

I was very happy with the service we received at this service center. They were very friendly and organized. They helped me with transitioning from one car to another. They were very good at communicating and following through. They were very clear about the services they would be providing (offering an invoice with the service, the amount, and were clear about how long it would be until we needed to take care of items along with priority). They also were able to have us come in very soon and did what they needed to do quickly and efficiently.
