Came here on my birthday. My daughter and I got gel manicures and regular pedicures. They did an awesome job. My daughter got really cool black stars on her hands and I got a regular fresh coat of nude gel nails We love the ambience of this place. They play good music and the massage chairs are really nice.

This place is nice. It's located in a good area. When I first started coming here, Great. The service, the quality of my manicures/pedicures. Good. Gradually over the few times I've continued to go, the experience changed for me. The quality of my nail service started to get less and less complete, if I would ask a certain cut on my nails or certain steps to be done they would get dismissed, I shouldn't have to come home and refile or cut my own nails to the shape I want after paying. So as much as I would like to leave a 5 start I would have to leave it at a 2.5 Others may have great continuous experience at this location and with over all the staff. But the quality of the service towards my nails have just gotten less and less for me. I do thank them for the first great experiences.

We had two reservation set for 6 and they didn't see us until 6:30- 6:45. Someone pointed it out best but they really do ignore people of color. When other women who were white walked in without reservations, they attended to them immediately. There were no apologies for running late. I wanted a hard gel manicure and my nail tech tried to account for a faster process by opting not to give me a full manicure with my cuticles trimmed or hand massage. It only lasted for a week and a half. My mom's nail tech was very lax with her pedicure and hardly removed the dead skin on her feet. She ended up doing it herself at home. We won't be going back here again

She does the most fabulous lashes. I even had her fix my lashes from another place and she was able to help me. I got a full set class with Chloe with a cat eye style. Super happy with her service and very affordable in Berkeley!

What the actual fuck lol I got gel extension nails done here visiting from the city and 7 nails popped off within hours of getting them done. Literally maybe 3 hours? And they said they were supposed to last weeks. Insane. Worst nail job I've ever had. 75 bucks plus tip down the drain lmaoo byeeee

I went here for their advertised waxing services. Arrived right at the time of my appointment, but so were many other people, so I ended up waiting 45 minutes. The woman who waxed me was very nice, however, her lack of expertise left me with intense folliculitis and bruising persisting even a week later. She used the same one stick to get wax from the pot and apply it to me, which is a huge no-no for contamination. Then, she used a total of four waxing strips for my arms, whole legs, and underarms, causing the wax to layer up about a half an inch on the strips. Because of this, my hair wasn’t fully pulled out but instead just cut off, meaning it grew back the day after (see 2nd image). Overall, I will not be coming back and would advise others to be cautious of their waxing services.

I called about 20 minutes to 6 and they were able to squeeze me in for a gel French pedicure. Thu gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Gentle and meticulous. The place was clean and cutely decorated. I highly recommend this place and if you’re lucky you will have Thu. I will definitely be returning.

I have been coming here regularly for around a year now to get my nails and eyelash extensions done, and this place is amazing! They take such great care of you, and the work is fantastic. Chloe does my lashes, and not only is the quality super great, but she works very efficiently, so I'm always done in under an hour. Even after moving out of Berkeley, I still make the trek here. Highly recommend this spot!

It's just been three days since my pedicure, but the polish near the cuticle is already showing signs of wear. After reviewing the pictures and videos from that day, I realized there's a small yet noticeable gap near the base where the polish wasn't applied fully. Overall, I'm still content with the service, but disappointed as my pedicures usually last much longer.

vibrant nails is definitely an EXPERIENCE & i loved it they were able to accommodate my design perfectly, and they offer you water/coffee/tea/mimosas :) i even was able to get my lashes filled because my other usual person was out of town, and they perfectly filled me in.
for my white gel pedicure it was $45, $75 for my full set with small pearls, and $45 for a foreign touch up lash fill. everyone here is so kind and patient!

Came here to my lashes. Literally the tech took 30 min to finish the whole set . The whole lash fell out , didn’t even last a week. It gave me Allergies . It gave me this white thing that don’t seem to be even washed off with water

I wouldn't recommend this place because the service isn't good, especially if you're a person of color. When I walked in I stood at the counter and not a single employee looked up. I had an appointment at 4pm so I was surprised they wouldn't acknowledge people walking in if they were expecting a customer. When a white woman walked in behind me the staff looked up immediately and asked if they could help her. I was surprised at the difference in response and concerned that the location would not be equitable to customers of different backgrounds Although my appointment was at 4pm I was asked to wait 10 minutes. At 4:15pm I asked if there was an update and I was told that the wait time would be another 5-10 minutes. Kevin told me I would need to wait until 4:30. It's currently 4:42 and I'm hopeful that they might honor my appointment in the next few minutes. If not I'll have to go on my vacation this Friday without my nails done. I would have a better experience if Kevin had been honest with me upfront about the wait time or if the salon called and said they were running behind. Unfortunately, they strung me along with different wait times and still expected a tip at the end of the nonsense. I don't think I'll be back, sadly. Although I waited quietly while Kevin said 10 minutes or 15 minutes, whenever I asked for an update Kevin seemed annoyed. I would strongly suggest you all do not come here.

I get my eyelash extensions here and Chloe always does them so well! Prices here are also reasonable for lashes compared to how much they usually are at other places. Also, very cute place in Elmwood :)

My favorite place for lashes and nails! Vibrant has the best staff and always does an amazing job. Definitely recommend!
