If your doctor submits a prescription to this pharmacy, they will NOT work on filling it until you go there & wait in line to request it, then wait around for it to be filled and then wait in line again to get it. Or, they might automatically fill it a week or so later. God forbid you have pneumonia and no one else around who can pick it up for you - you'll be in the hospital by the time they bother filling it, unless of course you can drive yourself there with a raging fever and request they fill the prescription that your doctor already requested that they fill, and wait around and in line two times. There's no way to request status on the app, it just continuously says "pending". So I had to call the pharmacy to request status on an urgent medication. After a few minutes someone picked up and said there were 4 people ahead of me in line. I waited an hour and a half, until they closed and finally answered. I asked what was up with that and was given new info that people in line all have priority and they won't pick up the calls on hold until there's no one in line. It would have been nice to know that when they first picked-up, rather than an hour and a half later. It feels like they are intentionally trying to get rid of customers, not retain them.

A rare CVS W!! This pharmacy team is really amazing. Cho from the pharmacy helped me for 30 minutes to figure out an annoying insurance issue. The pharmacy staff are overworked as with any CVS/walgreens but they are very caring and helpful and it genuinely felt like they wanted to help

Arrived to learn that photo department did not print my same day order, knew they could not print it, and did not contact me to let me know. Accordingly drove across the Bay to pick up nothing.

I've stopped by here a few times and it's always been average. Till tonight. The cashier, Arya, targeted my friend with very racist comments and I was disturbed by how CVS allows someone so bigoted to operate a customer facing position. She assumed my UC Berkeley attending friend was an Uber driver based on ethinicity alone. She then provided poor service and gobs of unwarranted attitude. Needless to say, neither more friend nor I will be returning to this location for any more overpriced supplies. Do not recommend.

Rude customer service and REALLY expensive cereal, it was labeled as $6.59 but charges you for $9.69 unless you create an account in the spot and the customer service is really rude, Arya, in my experience

Amazing 10/10 Aria is the best ??She is respectful kind helpful and has a great sense of humor. I’ve never looked forward to going to a CVS more than when I do when I see Aria on the register. She is great! I know she will do great things. You should promote her to management. She has a real talent

Great experience. Bright, spacious, wheelchair and stroller friendly. organized items in store. Holiday decorations nicely done. Big parking lot.

They just close whenever they feel like it. Don't count on them even in their business hours.

Only two cashiers working with 8-10 customers waiting to check out. One of the cashiers is busying doing a return, so only one cashier is actually ringing up customers and getting people out of the store. Meanwhile, 8-10 customers deep and it's taking far too long to pay and leave. That's when I decided to just set my shit down and bounce. I'm not waiting 15 mins to buy two toothpaste and deodorant.

This pharmacy's management leaves a lot to be desired. They're consistently out of stock of common medications. I've had no problems with the personal interactions during the visits.

Website has in accurate information about Covid vaccines. Pharmacist informed me that corporate CVS refuses to put accurate information because, even for this location website, it might look bad if they said that they don't have the vaccine in stock. Myself and many other people come in, and they have to keep turning us away. I can't get anyone on the phone to call and confirm before coming in, so I come in with my baby in a moment of stress to get the vaccine, and I am turned away like many others I saw. For corporate management?

Sent wrong pick up order after telling me it wouldn’t come. Spent 10$ of a voucher that I needed for different medication. Customer service terrible. Employees swearing.
