We tried to place an order for an online poster for same day pick up at the CVS. When we tried to place the order online, we kept getting issues with the system. We tried calling the store, and the call got hung up on two times. Once we called the store and someone picked up we were able to speak with someone from the photo department who helped us out. We were trying to figure out the situation and what went wrong and eventually got put on with the manager, Tamira. Once we got on the phone with her She went above and beyond to help us. When we couldn't figure something out, she worked from her and to try and fix it. She was the reason we were able to print our poster. Her customer service and help with her order was 10 out of 10. Once we got to the store, Tamira was there and she helped us again. While she was gone, however, we did talk with someone else at the store and The other employee was much less accommodating. However, I definitely think it's worth four stars because Tamira went above and beyond for us (without her the experience would've been totally unsuccessful).

I scheduled a phone appointment for a vaccine weeks ahead of time. CVS sent me multiple texts to remind me of my appointment. I arrived on time and the pharmacist said they were out of stock and had been for a while. No apology, no explanation, no sending me to a nearby CVS that had stock. Horrible. Go elsewhere.

This pharmacy's service is extremely disappointing. Despite having a valid prescription, I waited for an hour without any response, even though the medication was for pain relief and I was in significant discomfort. There was a lack of empathy towards customers, as they made me wait and suggested returning the next day.

I recommend this CVS location for picking up prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is helpful & courteous, parking is plentiful! I have not encountered any problems at all. In fact I recommend this pharmacy to my friends when they complain about other pharmacies in the area. Sometimes there is a line - understandable. Lots of pharmacies in the area have been closed in the last few years, funneling traffic to this one. The one thing they could improve upon, is that the line to wait for the pharmacy naturally occurs down the feminine hygiene and 'intimate sundries' aisle. Every time I am standing in the line the poor shoppers are sheepishly excusing themselves to the line-waiters, as they reach past to make their tampon/diva cup/pantiliner/ 'family planning' selections.

Called the store number. No one was answering. So I went to the store (while still on the phone). 2 employees were just chit chatting (not about work) while phone was ringing at their store. Employees name was poonam. I don't know what the taller males name was. Super annoying. Since the phone was ringing for 10 minutes and they weren't busy at all. They just didn't want to do their job.

The pharmacy technician Linda was wonderful. All of the staff have been very professional and my husband goes to the pharmacy frequently. (One small thing, however the back of the computer monitor needs to cleaned. It is almost black from staff grabbing onto it. Looks bad.) Compared to Walgreens, trying to get through to the CVS pharmacy is very outdated. I called one Walgreen store last night and I was able to easily get in a queue for the pharmacy and was informed about how many people were in front of me. With CVS I'm offered too many choices because they aren't filtered correctly and never quite sure about the wait time.\ \ Also, having the pharmacy closed for staff lunch everyday is just an inconvenience for most people, but for those who have just a short time away from work or those who are very weak and/or have an infectious disease which they can spread when they are in the line or those with sick young children, this can be a tremendous and even dangerous burden. We are still using CVS because the pharmacy staff is excellent, that is the only reason. We are now considering a change because of the lunch breaks.

Very understaffed, long wait, and staff seem incompetent. I didn't know it could be worse than Walgreens!

If you need to pick up a prescription, you better have an hour to wait. I have waited 30 to 60 minutes for a simple pickup. The prescription was ready in all cases. It took an hour just to get to the pickup desk, with a line going down two aisles. Something is broken here.

The pharmacy staff have zero customer service skills. After yet another outburst by a tech/cashier, I will move my prescriptions to Walgreens (gleefully using my cvs/caremark rx insurance) and continue purchasing anything else cvs sells anywhere but cvs. Target, 99c, have everything cvs sells… cvs is clearly winning the battle of worst customer service. Cvs makes comcast look like customer service pros (they are NOT pros).

If you enjoy being followed around a store by security personnel and then falsely accused of shoplifting by a bored but egotistical loss prevention manager, by all means, visit CVS pharmacy on Telegraph Ave. In Berkeley. This place needs to be shut down, reset and then opened back up with new employees and new policy. I understand that CVS gets ripped off on a daily basis but they are also sacrificing paying customers by accusing anyone they feel necessary of theft. CVS may not realize what its done to my shopping experience with them. I guess they'll never understand because ill never step foot in another CVS, for as long as they can hold on to their pathetic little chain. Goodbye, CVS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Boycott these people.... Immediately and forever. Its nothing but an insult to shop there.... for a while now. Rkc-

Seems to be a policy here to just not answer the phone at the pharmacy. Not even for prescribers. The people at the front of the store are totally cool it's just the pharmacy refuses to answer the phone. Cumulatively I was on hold for more than an hour over several phone calls. Stunning that this is how they operate. I'm really surprised that corporate doesn't do anything about this

Decent pharmacy. They stayed a couple minutes after hours to get me a pill I needed urgently. But they don’t like staying late and make it very clear.

Always a long line. Wouldn’t pick up the phone after being on hold for hours. Closes completely during the lunch hour
