Thank you guys!! I sent them the wrong file by accident, realized it after they printed 200 copies, and they said they could get me the reprint the same day. It was urgently for my wedding and they said it was on the house even though I made the mistake. You guys are the best!!!

Edit: This was rectified and order will be ready today. Really appreciate the fast follow up. Original review: We called in yesterday to have flyers printed today. We emailed the PDF’s in and called to see when they would be ready. I just spoke with Denise and was told this order is too small to take. That’s such a shame we wanted to work with a small business and we’re just now hearing this.

Khaqan and Copy World just finished a job for me that had lots of detail and moving parts. The finished job was delivered on time and my client is very pleased with the results.Khaqan was super communicative and let me know progress as the job moved through his shop. I can't say enough good things about his help.Thank you Khaqan and Copy World for making my life easier. I can't wait for our next project together.

Today a Copy World staff person took my thumb drive and printed out 45 color tabloid size, 11"x 17" images, and 180 (12 originals x15 copies) color letter images for my genealogy project.The quality of the color images were excellent. the staff member printed out one copy of each different file for me to approve before printing out the entire job.Because my order was over 100 copies, I was given a price break that was 15-30 cents less expensive that other local copiers.Despite being very busy, the staff person did not rush me to review the 13 different images. The job was completed quickly.

We’ve used Copy World (Amir and team) for about 15 years! They are our go to for flyer cards, program booklets, banners, posters - everything we need! The quality is top notch, with fast services! Wish y’all were still in the City … we’ll travel to Berkeley though!

I had called to check on my flyers these people are very highly rude not responsive give me attitude over the phone here proof of pictures I had sent a PDF file confirming my size as you can see in the pictures below they have been stretched two different ways not what I paid for and the lady gave me attitude over the phone I was trying to fix my QR code and as you can see in these pictures they have been stretched horizontally they look like ovals not circles I was able to pull up my email and I can scan these codes no problem the lady gave me super attitude over the phone and said that I can't even get a refund since I pick them up very unprofessional would not recommend this place to nobody . I have order stuff here a fewTime no issues till now ! Never coming backHere again and they are very rude over the phone ! Waste of time and money ! I would give them no star review if it gave me the option !

Will not come back here. Ambiance was good up until I received the contempt of an employee for not getting what I ordered.I ordered business cards and chose the "Color Front Black Back" option. I uploaded the image for the front of the business cards.When I picked them up, the back of the cards were white, not black. When I told the person at the counter he got upset and told me that I had to upload a Black background.WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A "BLACK BACK" OPTION IF YOU HAD TO UPLOAD A BLACK BACKGROUND?!??The world may never knowAnd fine... ok, I don't think I would have cared that much about the business cards, except the person I interacted with treated me like I was scum for even bringing up the subject.

I couldn't believe the lackadaisical service here to get a document scanned -- for $1/page. The woman hands me a slip and a pen and has me jot down my email address.She does the scan and goes to a computer and types and then tells me to check my email. Five minutes and still no document. I let her know that and she asks me my email address. She goes back to the computer. Still not received. She shows me the address she typed in and I see it is a .gmail address and not .mac as I had written.So who knows who received my dad's advance health directive?I look to the left of the counter and actually SEE the paper with the address I had written down! So, she just relied on memory to try and send a document instead of taking the slip to the keyboard.No apology for the error either.

I had a great experience at copy central ( shattuck ave - Berkeley). I needed to make copies of a document, the employee edited the email, and was extremely helpful and fast.
