I was just looking for a small couch/ pull out for daughter's lil apt.
And was just wondering why are all the reviews so old?
5yrs, 6yrs ,7yrs old.
Are there not any up to date review??
Also I wish I had some kind of price range this store has?
I'm looking for a good couch/ futon couch for under $300.
Does Comfort Zone have anything in my price range?
Should I look else where?
Please let me know if this is seen by store people.

Great products and nice people! We love our Newport Serta full-size pull out sleeper couch. It's great for watching TV. Also a shout out to Comfort Zone Sleep Gallery for having great customer service. They were really helpful and sent me instructions for how to disassemble the couch a year after I bought it in preparation for our moving it downstairs.

Drove all the way from Vallejo to visit the showroom going by the website info. Needless to say the business is not at this location. Wasted my time and gas trying to locate the place. I need to be reimbursed for the inconvenience!

Sharon was very helpful and "informative" in the store in regard to pull out sofas. We decided on a queen size model with no piping I thought but when I got the sofa it had piping and for whatever reason the sofa just was not as comfortable as what I had tested in the store. We purchased the model with pocket springs because getting up and down out of the seat was supposed to have limited effect on the other person (seemed fine when my wife and i had tested it together a year prior) however you are still moved around considerably in my experience with this new sofa. I do not recommend their sofas in either model for big guys like myself 6'5" 250lb due to lack of support although the dimensions otherwise are good for tall folks in terms of seating height and thigh support etc. Just don't be north of ~200 lbs would be my guess. Also I recommend getting ALL details in writing especially if your not a piping fan like myself. When We first got it I thought when I sat on it and my wife bounced around and then angled into me once fully seated that it was defective. Sharon did send someone out to make sure that the sofa wasn't defective but the guy said it was normal. My wife is comfortable on the sofa so we kept it (for now) but it will not be the snuggle sofa we had hoped for. I like to support small local shops and they have creative, good products just not all for big guys like myself and remember get the details in writing! The other detail I would like to add is that if you only have one able bodied person at home it's probably well worth it to have the sofa delivered & setup as it's a bit cumbersome for one person.

A great experience overall. I came in with my brother and sister in law and they got the best help I've ever seen at a furniture store. They got a brand new couch in under 30 minutes. All of their questions were answered and they were given tons of time to make their decision without any stress. Honestly, if you are looking for a couch or bed, you should make this your first stop because it will be your last and you'll leave with a new bed or couch.

We bought the chair (2 of them) that make into a twin bed each and a couch that makes into a queen size bed! Unfortunately they couldn't deliver them right away. The company kept us updated, every step of the way. They have since been delivered and used. Our friends and family have been thoroughly amazed for they thought they were sleeping on regular beds instead of convertible ones. That is until I put them back together and then replaced the arms; which are removable. One more thing the couch and chairs are also extremely comfortable to sit on too! Specially useful if you don't want certain people to know you have a place for them to sleep!

Everything about our experience at the store was superb! We were greeted kindly when we came in, given answers to all our questions, and given the space to decide what we wanted to do. Sharon was very knowledgeable about all the products and even directed us to catalog offerings that might have worked for us. In the end, my son picked a mattress from the store and absolutely loves it. And I walked away with new ideas for saving space in a room by using a wall bed. Thanks Sharon
