well its berkely, outdated possible harmful goods. drugged up employees and full of scum. the leaking womens room toilet used in the facility that is both a restuarant and station is against federal health code.

Ridiculous came here at 2:00 to get coffee and gas and pay and the door was closed with the sign saying 10 minute break waited here 10 minutes and kept on waiting still kept a sign up so unprofessional is people waiting out here for him just to relax inside doing nothing you came out here when I tried to open the door and yelled at me saying hey look at the sign really unprofessional had to leave. On a break and this guy completely ruined the day save your time and do not come here there's a reason why this place is so lowly rated

I usually stop in this store to get my drinks for the day but after my last visit never again. This place is going to shit. There are always homeless guarding the entrance at this location and it doesn't feel safe. I saw a couple of men smoking Meth right in front of this gas station! What makes matters worst is ,this is a prime location where kids visit after school.The last thing I want is to worry about my child or friends child coming to this unsafe location with the poor management that it has.Changes need to be made at this location fast! The manager was told about the problem and she absolutely does nothing about it, not to mention how she responded to the issue! UNPROFESSIONAL.The store seemed stocked and pumps worked fine but safety is definitely an issue. I'd like to see new management at this location and a total revamp for the Berkeley community.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my 50 plus years on this planet. Two experiences here with two different “cashiers” that were not just rude but frightening and violent. And expect a five minute wait outside for a “cashier” to appear during late hours. One even said, “I don’t have time for this (ringing up a sale) I have work to do.” ?
Praying for new management who knows how to train employees properly on the definitions of cashier and customer service. Until then, I can’t recommend supporting this business. Plenty of better gas station/convenience stores down the street (Ashby at Shattuck) at much better prices and friendly customer service who appreciate their customers.

I do like how at a gas station, the employee smokes a fat blunt on break and comes online stoned. He was unable to answer questions about snacks. He must feel great.

Very misleading price sign. Says $4 for diesel but it’s only $4 if you wash your cash. Which obviously they didn’t advertise.

Easy in and easy out, even though it is in a busy intersection. The young lady who was at the counter today, was efficient and personable while I was paying for my gas. She also provided me with helpful info when I told her last time I was there I paid for my gas and I drove off. This 5-star rating is particularly for her!

No one at night time, so no gas for cash no any purchases from the store like snacks, drinks or something cigarettes
