After having my catalytic converter stolen, I took my car to Caliber Collision for a new one. My vehicle was ready quicker than expected! The customer service was excellent! I had a good experience having my wife’s vehicle repaired with insurance as well as some specific additional out of pocket work. Irene P was my service writer, and she stayed ontop of the whole process from start to finish. She located specific OEM parts that I had requested, quickly, and had me scheduled for the work within a couple days. The body guy at Caliber on Shattuck did a great job on refinishing the grill due to sun damage. It looks better than new. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who is looking to having a professional job done on their vehicle and Irene P as your writer. Thanks Caliber! I appreciate it!

The customer service at Caliber Collision on Shattuck was fantastic. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, told me best and worst case scenarios in terms of timeframe and came in at the best! They also cleaned my car while they had it. Dustin was so friendly and helpful. I hope I won’t ever have a reason to have to take a car to a body shop, but if I do, I’m taking it back there.

I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was professional, friendly, and communicated well. The repair looks good. They even returned my rental car for me, so I was able to drive there directly and pick up my vehicle. I would definitely go there again.
