Great service. As a seller you get the benefit of a private party sale (20% minimum better price than trading in a car or selling to a dealer) and none of the hassle. As a buyer, you get a smoother experience then buying directly from a private party. Either way, so worth it. Extra bonus - Jerry knows the market cold and since its fee only; no commish, wants nothing but for you to be happy.

I purchased a 2017 Jaguar from Buggy Bank and it was very easy with no problems. I recommend this rather than trying to sell it yourself for safety purposes as well.

This place is a waste of time both for the seller and the buyer. The representative may not care any way. He is getting paid. Sell your car at market place in Facebook why am I paying big money to sell my own property.

buyer beware, my girl was sold a complete lemon through this lot. just do your homework and demand a third party mechanic look over the car because you never know what you are going to get.

The owners here have a good business model for used car sellers and buyers. They're very professional, respectful people, and so was the lady who sold me her car from here. I had a good buying experience, and I would consider selling any of my cars with them in the future. Imagine selling your car without the headache of having to make appointments and meet up for the test drive only for the buyer to determine they weren't interested in it after all. Conversely, imagine finding a car you want to buy but have a limited schedule to test drive or check it out. Well at Buggy Bank, buyers can just come anytime during opening hours for their car(s) of interest. If interested, the seller is contacted and a meeting time is set for purchase. Everyone wins.

these people are shady and dishonest. buyer beware. they are not going to tell you what the hidden history or current mechanical issues are with any of their cars, nor are they going to recommend to their clients that they be open and straightforward with potential buyers. not cool! they also don't allow you to take their vehicles to a mechanic, which is a huge red flag. MAKE SURE you do your homework. run the VIN # on the car you are considering to look for open recalls. more than worth it to invest in an inexpensive carfax report to learn the vehicle history to make sure the mileage hasn't been rolled back, that there haven't been any serious collisions, and to see the ownership history (do you really want a former rental car that's been used and abused)? there are cars on this lot that have SERIOUS issues and they just leave it up to you to discover them. you've been warned.

Jerry at Buggy Bank was a pleasure to work with, zero hard sell, all smiles. Smiles at every step of the process. Carvana offered $7,000, I was thinking more like $10,000, Jerry said "I'd try for $13,000". Jerry handles all the first contacts, and routes copies of insurance cards for those who want to test drive to the seller (me). He also handles questions from buyers, and allows them to test drive the car under careful limitations.12 days later I had a certified check in for $13,000.Great easy process, that takes most of the worry of scam buyers out of the picture. Highly recommended!
