I have shop here on/off. Some of the clothes have good qualities but their Pjs don’t. The owner is really nice but the store manager is not. If you buy something on sale( i bought a dress for $30 ) , she won’t wrap it for you and she has attitude!

I have been in this store twice. They have pricey but cute kid clothes. I purchased items my first visit and the staff was friendly. I went this past week the staff (a different person) did not speak or even lift her head to acknowledge me. I walked through the entire store. I did not purchase anything.

Maggie is friggin wonderful. About a year ago I started a personal conscierge service. Needless to say I'm still learning how to shop for items that are not PS5 or Steam related. Good ole Maggie eased my anxiety and made it an overall pleasant interaction. Once again. Thank you young lady. You're the bomb.

Consider purchases here to basically be final sale. The owner is rude too. They know a distracted parent isn't going to notice signage at checkout. And my child fits true to size on most major brands. The clothes from this brand are very weirdly cut. And no, I don't want random crap from the gift shop next door. I need clothes for my kid. I wish my money wasn't being held hostage on receipt paper. Cool. Had I known they don't do refunds I would have told my mom not to buy the kids clothing here. The items are cute, but the fit is very weird (long body, short arms, too tight even an extra size larger). You have just 2 weeks to bring an item back and for store credit only. Not sure what good that does me when the clothing doesnt fit and most of the toys are for babies. And the store credit they give you is on thin receipt paper. So I hope I don't lose it. Never again.

I recently placed my first online order with Bird and Bean and was met with the most outstanding customer service. I was kindly assisted by Maggie, who not only took the initiative to reach out to me shortly after my order was placed, but went out of her way for my order as well. She was such a breath of fresh air with how attentive, kind, and responsive she was. I will definitely be ordering again.

Super cute and buttery soft clothes...., but for the price are not very durable. The fabric takes on dye VERY easily - nothing else gets dyed in wash except these and it's happened 3 times already. Make sure to wash in an all whites load...annoying when you're doing laundry so frequently with little ones. And not as soft after the 3rd wash.

I called this morning asking if they had a plastic tote that a lady told me she purchased there, the employee on the phone told me no. Thankfully I came in person to the store and saw it immediately upon entering. Wish I looked to yelp could have saved 10%. Oh well. Lots of options of products to choose from throughout both stores. Great customer service from the ladies, I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks:)

Ordered a dress and onesie for my kids. Absolutely love Bird and Bean. It's refreshing to find a quality kids clothing store with a great selection and great customer service. Will be coming back for years!

This store has adorable merchandise, no doubt. But what prompted me to come write this review is that one of the employees (perhaps owner?) heard my baby crying and generously offered that I was welcome to nurse him on the couch in the connected shop next door (I assume they're owned by the same folks). I was very touched by this kind gesture. I will definitely be back.

Unreasonable Return Policy: I stopped by the store for the first time on Thursday to buy a quick gift and card for a colleague's baby shower. Bought an adorable bib, spoon and (what I thought was) an $8 card. The next day, when I took the card out of the plastic, I was really confused to find that the card didn't open, or even have a back to it (almost like a postcard that can't be written in). Instead it just had the decorate dangly ornament that hung on a string, attached to paper. Because the description of the product read "written on inside - 'Congratulations'", and there was no such message to be found, I just assumed the card was defective and that I would return it. Unfortunately, today I was really disappointed with my encounter with the store employee, who would not provide a refund - only store credit. When I asked if there could be an exception made, given that the card seemed to be misleadingly labeled (as there was no inside inscription with "congratulations" as labeled), I was instead shown the product details online that seemed to show the "card" was in fact only meant to display the dangly ornament that was on the front. All this to say - as a real customer operating in good faith, with every intention to use the item purchased - I was really frustrated with the lack of reasonable costumer service in this instance. It seemed like a very minor issue of a misleadingly labeled product, but I felt like I ended up being blamed for not somehow knowing that I wasn't meant to be a card (as labeled). So beware, the items are lovely, but if you find any issues with your purchase - don't expect sympathy.

This place is very cute but the prices are not for the faint of heart. Went to look for a sweater for my 5-month old son and one of them was $50! He'd wear it 3 times max before growing out of it. I did buy a couple of toys but they were also pricey.

Lately I find myself going into that store almost every week! I just love everything that they sell. You can tell that the owner puts all her efforts to make every corner super cute. Today I went back to buy more of their super cute swimsuits for girls that are 50% off. I would like to highlight the excellent client service I received today.
