They don't know what they are doing. It's a total waste of time and money. I scheduled an appointment for Australia visa health examination for my dad. When I called to make an appointment, I repeatedly asked the representative what exactly do I need to bring and prepare. She only mentioned about two passport photos and a valid passport. She also sent me a checklist in email.However, when I got to the appointment, they suddenly said a non family member is required for translation service if my dad cannot understand English. It is not on the list, and the representative did not say anything on the phone. I asked if they can refer to a translator if I could not be the one, they said they cannot. All they can do is to cancel the appointment and absorb the appointment deposit. It is definitely a scam. They made up an absorb requirement that is impossible to achieve when you arrive at the appointment time. It apparently is their strategy to make money for doing nothing. Definitely black list this place.

I have recently visited the center for my IRCC medical evaluation. Excellent reception service, wonderful and friendly nursing staff, efficient and knowledgeable doctor’s evaluation. Above all timely report of my evaluation to the IRCC. Thank you all! I strongly recommend this center!

I went to Dr. Timothy Fitzer for my upfront Canada immigration medicals.His receptions were super rude and unprofessional.Dr. Fitzer himself was ok and friendly though.Since he is the only doctor you can find in bay area for Canada immigration medical, I can understand there is no competition, so they can treat people however they want. But I hope they will consider treating people with respect.

Mediocre service and exorbitant rates. This is the only medical provider between Seattle and Los Angeles that does immigration exams for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. They don't have a website, they don't publish their fax number, they rarely answer their phone, and never respond to voice mail or emails.What's more, they're not even very good at filing out paperwork and seem to drop things all the time. I strongly recommend flying to Seattle or LA to do your immigration medical exams.

Dr Fitzer and Berkeley Family Practice are still very good, the same as my review last year. Dr . Fitzer gets an A+++++. He's kind, compassionate, and funny. I want to thank him again and also the front desk. Jessica is so efficient and nice. Marla too. Danica is great. Rayschell too. I can't remember the other's names but they're included too. They are the best,I got my medical done with so ease and Dr.Timothy was great so helpful and kind and understanding, very friendly.The staff is awesome.I got my medicals done for Immigration and the reports were available within a day.

Only place in california besides LA that does physical exams for visas for Australia, new Zealand, and Canada. No insurance accepted. 470 bucks each. They don't even do the xray onsite, instead sending you to a walk in clinic 4km away, where you can expect to wait another couple hours. .... Healthcare in America is a scam.... single payer now! Medicare for all! Increased accessibility. We're happy to the pay taxes when they're effectively appropriated

EXTREMELY over priced. Please be careful when using their services. For example i inquired about a chest x-ray and it was $300 which is double what it usually costs... You’ve been warned.

Great staff! Doctor Fitzer is very patient, humorous, and very kind. He knows his stuff. I'd highly recommend this office. If we were local to the area I'd definitely make him our family doctor. We came for an immigration/visa exam and everything was straightforward.

Front staff/receptionist taking phone calls very dismissive and off putting. Called to book an appointment and was told that they are not accepting new patients even though it lists as such on the website. Did not let me know if this is something that can be expected to change anytime soon etc. Front office staff are the first ones interacting with patients and I'm always alarmed when they are so unfriendly!
