Sadly, and despite increased efforts to protect consumers from scammers, the modern day consumer must be uber vigilant to ensure the quality of the product they're purchasing. This couldn't be more applicable than when purchasing a used vehicle. There are the stereotypical (dishonest, sneaky, shiesty, etc.) used car salespeople/dealerships, and then there are the staff/proprietor(s) at Peninsula Motors. Not only are they genuine, honest, and fair; they are also knowledgeable, resourceful, and accountable. I found every Peninsula Motors staff member I interacted with (nearly 5 individuals), to be professional, helpful, and effective problem solvers. Their willingness to help me find the right and realistic vehicle for me/my budget/my lifestyle, while striving to exceed my expectations, is truly a unique service to come across nowadays. It's a relief to be able to trust a business, namely Peninsula Motors, with such a significant and impactful purchase. I absolutely recommend Peninsula Motors for your previously owned automotive purchase needs.

This is my second post (check Google for the other one) - I hope you can see that my experience was this good that I would try to let it be known for both Google and Yelp. I would without hesitation tell my family and friends to check out the inventory here and experience the same service I did. His team is great and Nick does a great job in making my interests seem important to him and backing it up with his words and almost importantly his actions. I bought a 2009 Cadillac Escalade and I and seriously a tough critic. One of the better buying experience I have had in the last 5 years, no question. Feel free to message me and I'd be happy to provide more insights. Clean car, high service orientation, willing to work with me to have a mechanic look at it, 10/10 experience!

I sold my car to Peninsula Motors and received a contract that I'd receive monthly installment payments; however, I haven't received anything in the last 3 months despite our contract, and Nasri isn't calling me back. This has been very disappointing, especially given that I felt the rest of the process had been smooth and the staff very helpful. I'm about to take this issue further if I don't hear back. Happy to remove this if I finally hear back and get paid.

This is the second time I bought a used car for my wife and I was VERY IMPRESSED. Nasri was very helpful and intimate through the whole process and they helped me save a lot of money. I will be reffering them and hopefully buying another car soon. THANK YOU!

I went for regular maintenance and some recall for Outback. The names of customers on whiteboard was good, was done with maintenance in under 3 hours, had shuttle service, and people were nice.

I bought my car here, a 2014 Lexus ct200h. I was very pleased with the service there. I took my time to decide what I wanted and I never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything. The owner is a very nice guy with a sense of humor. I would recommend this place to everyone. All their cars are in great condition and you can find anything in here. Hope that helps

First they listed the wrong address on the add for a car I saw. Costing us time, gas, and money. The pictures in their add showds none of the blemishes on the car. On this particular car was all four corners. Finally, get to where the car is, test drive it, discuss the things that would need to be fixed. Thought we had it understanding that I was going to get the car on Friday. Because he couldn't start getting the things fixed until Tuesday. So when I called to see if the car was ready. I was told that someone was test driving the car. The repairs hadn't been done. He told me if I gave him a deposit over the phone on a credit card he wouldn't sell it to the person there. Why would I give a deposit and the repairs still weren't done? They don't care about the customer.

Peninsula Motors have one of the best customer services I have ever dealt with when buying a new\used cars and I have dealt with many in the past! They are very friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Even after they sell you a car, they reach out to check on everything and if you need any more assistance. They will have my business from this day forward, and I highly recommend checking those guys out. And I think they have a new location now in Berkeley, CA

Honest people, excellent cars, great prices, free CARFAX. The owner is so kind and understanding. He helped me to get a better finance deal than other dealerships I've been to. Highly recommended! Overall a great car buying experience.

Fantastic vehicles! Just purchased a 2016 Audi A6 and it is fantastic! I brought it in for service(force of habit after buying my 8th used car) at an Audi dealership and they could not believe the deal I got! The entire team was super servicable too, made the whole experience very convenient

Great customer service. Bought a car in september with a loan from my bank. Had an issue with the registration and he fixed it very quickly. Good selection of cars too, but you can't beat his customer service.
