Came here with my parents in search of an arm chair and found one I absolutely love! Even just the browsing process was fun for all of us as they have a pretty unique and modern-leaning collection. Both the men working there were super nice. Price for my piece was reasonable, about half off the new retail price which I looked up later.I parked around the corner assuming there would be none in front, but there were a few empty spots in their small lot as well. I’ll be back! :)

My wife and I love coming here. There’s always new items and it’s fun to explore but for some reason we’ve never left with anything. This is opposed to Narrative in Oakland where we often leave with some new vintage find. Doesn’t stop us from coming back tho!

Went here with my bestie last week to pick out some inexpensive furniture and art. Yelp recommended it as the "5th best charity shop in the East Bay" (we don't, as a rule, like going to the East Bay). We were generally disappointed - was definitely NOT WORTH THE DRIVE! Although it has the "look and feel" of a charity shop, the prices were over the top - like more of a boutique! Who wants to overpay for used furniture? Nobody! There was overall a smell of bad body odor. Although it has been very warm lately, I would think staff would keep deodorant and cologne available so that they will not offend the customers. Kind of basic etiquette. So I am still hunting...!

I went in to this shop with my daughter yesterday looking for many pieces of furniture. As an owner of two small businesses in Berkeley, I, of course, wanted to support a small business myself. The owner was shockingly rude, arrogant, condescending at every turn. Every question I had was met with a snarky answer. You're in the customer service industry. Start acting like it. We are super sorry that we bothered you yesterday, we definitely won't again.

Great experience as a buyer. Wide variety of pieces that all seemed to be of good quality. I was a little worried this would be a $$$ consignment store, but the prices seemed reasonable (we did some googling before making an offer) and the salesperson was helpful. Delivery was also very easy and reasonably priced through a company that they work with all the time - our piece showed up the next sat.

Took my family there in search of a dining table. I’d purchased other items there in the past. The response I received was poor to disinterested. Then I asked about a chair I currently own and the guy was truly rude. My daughter, wife and mother-in-law were legitimately shopping but he was so rude to me that I had to tell him I couldn’t handle any more “customer service“ and we left. He’s a d!ck. Straight up.

High end used furniture at reasonable prices, and knowledgeable, friendly service. We loved it and purchased 2 chairs and a footrest.

DO NOT come here to sell, terrible customer service. I emailed and called ahead the morning of to double confirm that I can bring a piece in to sell and was told it was approved. I drove two hours in traffic and unloaded the furniture only to have the manager come out and rudely yell at me that somehow I have made a mistake and they won't accept it without empathy. I was floored. After driving an incredible distance and confirming verbally if I can drive up, it's somehow my fault? Simply unprofessional and sad.
