What a joke! You call this a financial institution? They built an ATM inside a room that also has video zoom chat. There's no human working in the bank. I repeat, no human in the house.

This place is literally never open. I come here because it's the only BofA ATM near my house and each time I can't even get into the lobby because they lock the doors. They should just mark this place as closed. Total waste of time.
