Popped into Aveda to get some Brilliant pomade and Evita greeted me warmly and introduced to me to a new product called Nutriplenish which she encouraged me to try on my hair. She really was able to assess my hair in 30 seconds and of course I got the Nutriplenish. She also educated me about other Aveda products and though I was only in the store about five minutes, she really made my day. I am a long time Aveda customer and today's experience only reminded my why I've used your products for 3 decades now! Thank you Evita!!

Had a fun experience here...went with a friend to find a good curling product. Ended up scheduling free mini facials, getting lots of nice samples, and laughing a ton!

I used to come here years ago, had one of those memberships with points, would get the discounts, learn about the sales, get the birthday gifts, and so on. But then, I found out I was allergic to gluten and my two fav products had things I was allergic to - either wheat-derived products or jojoba. I'd check back every few years or so to find that my products still had those ingredients. I did go in today and bought something. I will try it. But the people were so nice when I entered and I appreciated it. And they helped me to find products that would work on my skin - having a wheat/jojoba allergy is the pits and so many skin and hair care products contain them. And even though it is only a little bit, it still is enough for me to have a reaction - and it's usually how I find out the products I use contain them. I did notice that I wasn't offered tea when I walked in. I saw the tea but didn't ask. I was offered tea as I was paying for my purchase. I got the membership, in case I do choose to come back. But I do appreciate the help finding an eye-friendly list of ingredients for me to look at. If the product does what I want, I will come back for more. But in the meantime, I really do appreciate the visit.

Aveda Fourth St is amazing! I was shopping there before the holidays and a very rude travel consultant (from Flighttickethubs - avoid them like the plague!) called me, shouting and threatening to cancel my booking rather than making the covid-related change I'd requested. When I went to the counter to purchase my items, the store manager, Ashley, had made me up a gorgeous box of travel-size items, and said, "I heard that woman shouting at you from all the way over here, and I wanted you to have this. I'm so sorry you had to endure that." The Aveda staff are just amazing people - Grace and Pip as well. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are - as this story suggests - grace personified. All of the Aveda items are, and smell, delicious! Shopping there is not just an activity, but an experience. It's also incredibly clean.

This is my favorite Aveda store. The representatives are always friendly and ready to answer my questions. I can always count on them telling me if a product is worth purchasing or not. Otherwise I love their hair and body products. Can be a bit expensive, but some items I only get once a year. I'm also a member of their points system, and love double points for my birthday. So, this is usually when I buy the most. I've been to other Aveda stores which have disappointed me which is why I always come back here.

Fabulous fabulous fabulous. The customer focus and ultimate service makes me feel like a princess, which during these uncertain weird times is extremely desirable!! I went in describing what I needed for my face and hair and voila- products that work, are healthy and smell wonderful. I thought, "we'll, it doesn't get any better than this!". But...it does! On my next trip, I asked for travel size for my face product and although it's not sold that way, the young woman that helped me, created a couple of tiny travel containers fit me. OMG. Thank you. It really doesn't get any better than this! I am a customer for life, as other converts have declared!!

Although it's very much a Zen like spa establishment it doesn't initially feel like a guy type space, but alas, it is! I have been coming here for years, in particular for their shave cream, which is really great product; but also for miscellaneous items like foot cream, etc. I always feel welcomed and comfortable and the service and staff are very friendly and helpful. They do have a good selection of men's products and it's not fussy or overly fancy, just solid, reliable and feel good things. It is pricey, yet, I have always found value in what I get. They have a good rewards program too. It's a good store... go browse.

Ashley M was the store manager on duty. She delivered excellent customer service, which I have come to expect from Aveda's professionally trained staff. I dropped by the store to get a more appropriately colored eye brow pencil, as the one I ordered online was too dark. At the counter, Ashley shared some make up tips and exchanged my products for free. I was not aware of Aveda's generous return policy. Aveda's focus on customer satisfaction always leaves me with a smile on my face. #Aveda4Life

Always wonderful customer service. Great Products available for skin and hair. The hand creame keeps my hands moisturized even after 3-4 hand washes. This is a very good product and helps alleviate dry skin. They also offer a hand wash that helps get your hands clean, while providing some moisture at the same time. This store also gives out tiny samples of products that you can take home with you. The down side is that the parking is horrible.

Been with the store forever and it's never failed me. The managers there are wonderful. A particular shout-out to Sarah whose professional demeanor and helpfulness never failed to uplift me whenever I visit the store. She is one reason why I prefer to shop at the store rather than ordering online even though it's lot more hassle these days.
