“First I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service provided by Yinmi Alas and the repair work that Fix Auto Berkeley did on my car. Given the nature of the rear collision damage (which was pretty bad), the shop did a great job on the getting the car back into shape. The back bumper replacement is so well done that one could not tell it was severly damaged in a rear end collision. Damage to the trunk from the collision is not 101% per cent but I suspect that it could never be made perfect after the type of impact it suffered. Still, it is very close and that makes me happy. The car looks great and drives well. I am confident about the quality of the repairs and the safety of my vehicle. The Fix Auto Berkeley staff was very courteous and professional. Many thanks to Justine and Yinmi for excellent customer service.”
“When the insurance company sent our car to their body shop, they decided to test to fix a totaled car for cheap and lowballed the estimate. We wanted a second opinion.
Golden Gate Collision was very professional and accommodating when we had to transfer a vehicle from the other body shop which tried to undercut the damages to our vehicle. Paul was fantastic and lightning fast in putting together an estimate that more accurately depicted the damages to the vehicle. He he was always ready willing and able to provide updates. Paul and his team accomplished in 2 days what took the other body shop took weeks to even get in motion.

“These guys are amazing!!! This year hasn’t been my year for my cars…My partner and I had a claim in June for my 2019 Honda Fit and I met with David there and he was so kind and very understanding. There was a lot of undercarriage damage due to potholes in the city but they manage to get it fixed after 2 weeks. Wonderful job! Like new!
After that claim, my rear passenger window was bashed & door was scratched on my 2006 Honda Pilot 2 months later and they gave me a projected week to get fixed. Luckily I had my 2019 Honda Fit however, I believe someone tried to steal my catalytic converter because I heard a noise as I was driving an notice the bolts were missing off the bottom part of my Car! I came in and John was so kind to take me in quickly no more than 15 minutes to have it taken care of! In and Out, got my other car back 2 days later. They’re so kind and do an exceptional, just wonderful job! They vacuumed the heck out of my 2006 Pilot too! I love these guys! Absolutely recommend!!”
“Getting your catalytic converter stolen is a huge bummer. Sam and team make the repair as painless as possible. They also are authorized to do insurance estimates without involving extra hoops with the insurer. This saves a lot of time. I’m sure I will get chopped again and will definitely call Sam to get back on the road.”

“i must leave a review bc they did have the lowest price again, but also in 7 years none of their parts I put in my fleet have failed, so must be locally made. Sweatshop-free? reconditioned on-site? Either way, it’s a local small business. walk-up window much faster than McDonalds, let alone trying to chase down an Amazon delivery. They always have my parts in stock too. 2 nice & knowledgeable guys who explain everything & are generous with their time. Possibly a father/son company? i only met the younger guy”
