I brought my Subaru in for a strange noise and heard back from Bruce a few hours later with a diagnosis. They offered a free inspection as a first time customer and gave me detailed options for services that were relevant to my vehicle. I cross referenced with other shops and their prices are competitive and fair, but their customer service was above and beyond. It’s special when you can trust an auto shop to give you quality service at a fair price while feeling like you’re in good hands! I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back if it needs work done and recommend them to any Volvo or Subaru owner!

Ackerman’s was very accommodating; they were able to get me in within a day and a half of initially calling. After bringing my car in at 8am, they had it diagnosed by 9:30 (transmission valve body replacement), and the repair was complete by the afternoon. Bruce and Daren were courteous and professional, and kept me updated on the status of my repair throughout the day, as well as providing a written estimate of the work through email. Daren even stayed a few minutes past closing so that I could pick up my car after getting stuck in traffic on the way. Ackerman’s is an honest, quality place to bring your vehicle. I’ll be a customer as long as I have a Subaru.

I appreciated Bruce looking at my car to determine the problem and then squeezing me in the next day for the urgent repair. I really appreciated getting a loaner car to be able to do my volunteer work that day as well. Always happy with Ackerman’s!

Just took it in again. Fast and effective. It was time for a new timing belt. The car runs great. It will last for years. I'll be sharing the keys with my kid in two years!
They do a great job. Just took in for regular service. My 10 year old Sub runs like it's new. I'm careful to take it to Ackerman's on schedule for service. One less worry in life, especially before road trips, and with Ackerman's care, the car will outlast me.
