They were great. I register my car. Didn't have to wait in line. The rep. was knowledgable, on top of things. Convenient parking. Very happy about my experience.

Great service at AAA! We went in and someone greeted us and asked what we needed and we were helped quickly. Truly excellent service, the staff made the whole experience quick and easy. It was our sons first passport photo and the set up was very professional, and the quality of the photos were excellent. I had gotten my passport photos done elsewhere a month ago before I knew AAA did passsport photos, and the photos came out terribly and were much more expensive, I wish I had gotten it done at AAA! Overall It was a positive and great experience. I recommend anyone who needs passport photos to go to this AAA.

I made an appt to renew my car registration but arrived about an hour early. No problem! I was immediately checked in by a friendly staff member who suggested the wait would be just a few min. In less than 5 minutes I was called over to Ginger's desk to complete the process. She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We shared a few laughed while she entered all my info into the system. While I was there, I decided to renew my membership which was going to happen anyway later this month. Ginger made the whole DMV transaction painless, quick and fun. So grateful for AAA.

Nice, but not very competent. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes for them to tell me that there had been issues with the transaction I was trying to make with the DMV. They didn't tell me this before.

The most incompetent branch when it comes to DMV services. They Told us our vehicles needed a smog but never gave her the temporary papers or temporary registration to get smog done.Additionally, just a super problematic DMV specialist/auditor.Audit yourself and follow DMV Protocols pleasesDon’t give customers a Difficult time Purposely. Especially not when they have a bill of sale and statement of facts filled out. Especially when you don’t provide the proper paperwork to progress forward with registration.Additionally, you accepted the ownership transfer fee, yet you told us we didn’t own it yet. Completely false information. A transfer of ownership is separate from the registration process.

Friendly, helpful staff; clean and neat facility; super easy and convenient to make on-line appointments (many times and dates to choose from); text follow-up confirmation of appt and reminders; convenient and central location with a parking lot; efficient and helpful staff. SO MUCH easier than going to DMV as AAA provides DMV services. Good to know that it has other services like notary, etc. Really glad I finally joined as a member.

Second the other review about Christina Liang doing things without your consent. A few days after I got a quote from Christina, I received an AAA membership card out of nowhere. That's when I found out that she signed me up for an AAA membership without telling me. The card on file was not mine though--she used SOMEONE ELSE's card to pay for a membership that I didn't know about. (Note that I only got a quote--I never even purchased anything from her, thank god!) When I called her, at first she kept gaslighting me and telling me that she didn't know what I was talking about. Once I told her that multiple AAA support agents informed me that she was the one that signed me up for the membership, she started blaming me and told me that I told her to get the membership. Only when I told her that she used someone else's card to pay for the membership did she admit her own mistake and agree to cancel it. No apologies the entire time, she was just yelling at me for her own ethical behavior. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. They seem to have a streamlined process for how to service each member that comes in. I've come here a few times to use DMV services and also get an international driver's license and I was in and out in 20 minutes. They have a small parking lot that I've not seen filled ever, so this seems to be an easily accessible branch :)

I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with my AAA insurance agent, Christina Liang. I felt compelled to share this review to express my immense disappointment. Christina has consistently shown a lack of responsibility and professionalism for the past two years. Her unwillingness to provide assistance or support is alarming. My mother, who speaks limited English, depends on Christina for help in Chinese. However, each time my mother contacts her, Christina responds with excuses and unhelpful behavior, even hanging up on her calls. This unprofessional conduct extends to basic requests, such as canceling renter's insurance. Despite my mother's language barrier, Christina consistently redirects her to contact customer service directly. In my recent attempt to reach Christina on a Friday at 3:00 PM, my calls went unanswered. When she finally answered and recognized me, she simply claimed to be busy and promised to call back, which she never did. To make matters worse, Christina's recent response to my message was, "对不起我很忙你别烦我了," which translates to, "Sorry, I'm busy. Please don't bother me." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. More to add: Christina Liang's actions have left me deeply disappointed and concerned about her honesty and professionalism as an insurance agent. In 2019, Christina sent us a confirmation with a receipt, stating that she was our agent and that our earthquake policy would be valid from November 1, 2019, to December 2023. Today, I called the customer service line and was shocked to learn that the policy she claimed was valid for three years had actually expired after just ONE MONTH. This kind of misrepresentation is nothing short of fraud. It is deeply unsettling to think that an insurance agent would provide false information about the duration and validity of a policy. It leaves customers vulnerable and unprotected in the event of a disaster like an earthquake, which is precisely what insurance policies are meant to safeguard against. Today, Christina sent me a message threatening me with "小心,我告你污蔑罪," which translates to "Be careful, I will sue you for defamation." This escalation of her unprofessional conduct is not only alarming but also completely inappropriate for an insurance agent. Instead of addressing the valid concerns I have raised about the misrepresentation of my insurance policy, Christina has resorted to threats and intimidation. Such behavior is unacceptable and does nothing to inspire confidence in her abilities as an insurance agent. It is clear that Christina Liang's actions are not in the best interests of her clients, but rather focused on protecting her own reputation. I strongly caution anyone considering Christina Liang as their insurance agent to think twice before entrusting their insurance needs to her. Her actions have demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and ethical conduct. In conclusion, my experience with Christina Liang has been marred by deception, misrepresentation, and now, threats. I would strongly advise against seeking her services for your insurance needs.

Let me make straight. AAA is great. My local agent Christina Liang at this branch ruined their fame.(1) She changed my quoted policy terms without my consent.(2) The quote DOES NOT include your mileage and she never asked. The bait price is to lure you in and my actual premium ended up to be ~$500 more expensive. (Even if she explained this is the reason, she never gave me a cost breakdown; I highly doubt this is just her excuse because she did not know my mileage even at the time of setting up my policies)(3) She was so rude not answering my phone, or used the same excuse of her being too busy, hanging up my phone after a few seconds of impatient conversation.(4) She promised a $100 gift card at signup. Forget about it. Every time she promised to check the reward progress, but never did.Avoid this agent if you can.
