Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to sell clothes, gave them my ID and they accepted it. When I came back to get the estimate, not only did they only offer me $2, but they didn't believe that my driver's license from Puerto Rico (which is a US territory, and my ID has Real ID) was a US ID and they did not accept it. They told me they don't accept "foreign ID's". I left the clothes simply because I wanted to get rid of them, but I genuinely felt discriminated against. I have never had issues with my ID from PR in California before, since most people know that it's a US ID that is allowed to be legally used in the US. I have sold things using it at other stores, so I don't see why it's suddenly an issue here. Also, $2 for the clothes I brought was genuinely absurd. You're better off going to another store. One of my friends also had a terrible experience here. He bought something here for $20, and then went to resell it back to them after only wearing once (in perfect condition), and they told him it's "worth no more than $2." They genuinely are ripping you off.

There aren’t too many clothes and accessories, and you won’t see any well-known brands, but you can still come in and browse, maybe you’ll find something you like!

The store is not bad, employees are friendly. However I brought them a bag of clothes and they offered me thirty-something dollars for it! I took the offer because it was better than just donating the clothes but I definitely felt robbed. Even the employee who let me know how much cash would be available to me seemed embarrassed by the amount. I don’t know, an option for store credit with a higher percentage back would have been cool. Wouldn’t recommend this spot for selling ?

Overall poor experience; from passive aggressive tone deaf staff assistance, to poor resale reimbursement for legitimized brands. Pawn shop dirty style tactics are going on here. I'll never step foot back into this place. How are they operating with integrity, I'll answer that - THEIR NOT!!

This is my favorite store when thrifting. Have gotten cute items from designers and different brands. Highly recommended!

This store is a new to you type store. I went to turn in some shoes I just bought my husband. They low balled me with my offer, but they had nice items for sale for those into thrifting. I would recommend them to anyone looking to resale, just not high-end items.

I had a really lousy experience I turn in clothing at 2 o’clock. They told me it was going to take two hours to give me a bid for the clothing that I had brought them. The money they offered me wasn’t worth my time I won’t be returning to this place.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for the service and respect I received when selling my items, It felt like a bad episode of pawn shop where no matter the quality and authenticity of the item they will always find a way to low-ball and cheat you out whatever you may be selling and then have it ridiculously marked up the next time you go in it's marked full price of what the actual bag is cost.If you plan to sell stuff just be careful and do your research on the item and then don't sell it here.If only exchange was open?

Was going to sell here but saw they had billionaires boys club items for 90$+ but only offer 20$ max for the item youre better off going to crossroads. Saw they offered someone 6$ for a pair of 500$ shoes they'll resale for 325$ this place won't last here too long doing stuff like that.

This place is AWESOME, I was only able to look around for about 15 minutes but it was worth it, everything brand name that you love in great condition or even new at a very reasonable price. Definitely put this store on your must visit list of top thrift store in the bay area.

Despite buying an expensive item manager refused to let my 3-year old use their bathroom. Previously they insisted on keeping my backpack during visit. Clothes selection is underwhelming. For better second hand check Wasteland on Haight St.
