These guys are amazing!!! This year hasn’t been my year for my cars…My partner and I had a claim in June for my 2019 Honda Fit and I met with David there and he was so kind and very understanding. There was a lot of undercarriage damage due to potholes in the city but they manage to get it fixed after 2 weeks. Wonderful job! Like new!
After that claim, my rear passenger window was bashed & door was scratched on my 2006 Honda Pilot 2 months later and they gave me a projected week to get fixed. Luckily I had my 2019 Honda Fit however, I believe someone tried to steal my catalytic converter because I heard a noise as I was driving an notice the bolts were missing off the bottom part of my Car! I came in and John was so kind to take me in quickly no more than 15 minutes to have it taken care of! In and Out, got my other car back 2 days later. They’re so kind and do an exceptional, just wonderful job! They vacuumed the heck out of my 2006 Pilot too! I love these guys! Absolutely recommend!!

101 Auto Body in Berkeley is the best!! Unfortunately, my cars have been dinged by other drivers twice in the last two years. The first time my insurance sent us to 101 Auto Body and I feel incredibly lucky they chose such a great shop to do the work, these guys are incredibly proficient, professional, and nice to work with; I don't think I could be happier with a shop unless the work was free!! The second time I used their service I paid out of pocket and feel that I received great value for the work done. Thanks to John and Dave and the 101 Auto Body crew!

I had a fender bender which resulted in the drivers door not quite opening because the left front fender was pushed in a bit, preventing the door from sliding inside it. They took a quick look, got a gadget that by hand pulled the fender out, so the door worked. They did not charge. It's great that such establishments still exist. Kudos to them

After reading the other reviews for this shop I stopped by to have a side view mirror replaced. The guys there were personable , very fair priced and expeditious. Check 'em out and go see David and William, they'll treat you right.

Henry is friendly, honest and fair. My SUV was repaired over 10 days, and came out looking shiny and new after being damaged on the passenger side. I received text updates throughout the process. They were definitely worth going to. Thanks!

I had my Cadillac repaired by 101 auto body a couple of years ago and they did a great job repairing my car and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the results. So when I needed my truck repaired my one and only thought about who I wanted to fix my truck was 101 Auto body. When I spoke to Henry and he agreed to repair my truck I felt confident in the work that I needed would be repaired correctly and to my expectations. When Henry called me and told me my truck was ready to be picked up I had my wife give me a ride to the shop to get my truck. This is when I made my biggest mistake. I went in and paid my bill and got my truck and drove it away. On my ride home I discovered that the door on the passenger side had a wind noise passing by like they forgot to put the weather stripping back in the door. Also there was a run in the clear coat that was so obvious it was embarrassing. And the vent shade weather guard pieces had been broken off both sides of my truck.I have taken the truck back on two more occasions and they still haven't got it back to an acceptable level yet. After letting them attempt to fix my truck and the fact that I couldn't waste any more of my time I settled for the work they have completed I took my truck home and I won't take any more of my work back to 101 Auto in the future. Never base todays repairs on past performance. Live and learn on my part! Dan M
