  During this formula shortage Safeway Benicia has their Enfamil Neuropro marked up $6 from what they sell it on the Enfamil website and compared to Target, Safeway has it marked up $12! Also they have the formula stored in the same cabinet as the cigarettes!

  The Safeway in Benicia is not requiring their employees to wear proper masks: The check-out person today was wearing a bandana, which has been shown to be worse than no mask at all.
