“I originally had an appointment for July 3, 2025 because they were fully booked until then. I had asked Bailey if she could call me if they had any cancellations. She called me the next morning, June 21, to say they had a 9 AM opening and could see Jasper then. Kim, the veterinary assistant, was wonderful with Jasper. Dr. Machowski was also great. He explained what Jasper‘s symptoms could possibly mean and was very good with him. Overall, Jasper has had excellent care at this clinic and the staff is wonderful.”
“Thank you to Dr. Beam and the Team at Animal Clinic of Benicia for making Roulette's visit wonderful! I was very anxious to try a new vet because we've had a lot of negative experiences. The Dr. and techs were very patient with my many questions which helped put me at ease. They were all very sweet with my dog too and the doctor got on the ground for the exam which my dog loved. The people at the front desk were also very warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a positive experience for both my dog and I and we will definitely be using this clinic for all her future veterinary needs.”
