I was in a time crunch for both an application notarization and fax to order Death Certificates out of county for my father. Both Hanson and Vanessa were calming and helpful. They were reassuring and walked me through the steps. They are professional and personable. I am so grateful for their services right here in Benicia.

Have used this company for mailing packages or to notarize papers. Always happy with the service. But today when the owner mentioned her politics about the face mask and vaccine it changed things for me at that moment. I did not realize that Benicia passed a mask law to wear a mask in businesses even if you got the vaccine over night. So I bought a mask from Vanessa. Yet, a customer walked in without a mask and handed her a paper and walked out. She said nothing to him. She went on to state her politics how she was pro for wearing a mask in her business, that she had kids at home. I stated that Solano county was the lowest vax county in Ca. It's why she was for the mask she mentioned. Also, her co worker was standing there listening and was giving me the steering at me for my opinions. Giving me dirty looks. I think Vanessa could have left politics out of the conversation. I will no longer be doing business with Mail and More! I don't need a lecture on polices!

After an unsatisfactory experience at Office Max, I checked for copy centers in my own backyard and found Mail N More in Benicia. I called and explained my situation and asked if they could help me. I was assured that they could. So, off I went. The person who helped me was very courteous, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and the pricing was very competitive. They'll be my first call for any future copy needs.

This place is so convenient. The customer service is amazing. The younger girl with the wavy hair helps me daily, package my Fed Ex envelopes. She doesn't have to do this she just does it! Always greeting me in a friendly tone and smiles. She cool AF! Just wanted to drop a positive on her today! Your great service is appreciated! Have a beautiful day!

I never expected I'd be the sort of person who'd be fond of a stationary & shipping store, but here I am. Mail N More is wonderful. Shipping stuff is a breeze and the folks behind the counter are always friendly and happy to help. Definitely my favourite mail-adjacent option in Benicia.
