Worse customer service I have ever received in a Raleys. Today is February 15 2024. I arrived 2:20 PM at the Benicia Raley’s stand by the bakery department to obtain some help to purchase a birthday cake. After standing there for 10-15 minutes and couple of ladies behind the counter completely ignoring me, I call one of their attention, she lets me know that no one from the bakery department is working until 3:30 PM and that she could NOT help me with it. Then I approached what looked as the manager and she call for customer service at the bakery service over the air. When a different lady shows up at the counter to inform me the same thing that the previous lady behind the counter had said. When I asked about the cake I was thinking to get she read the ingredients and couldn’t help me any further and just walked away. The 2 ladies behind the counter were extremely Rude with a nasty attitude.

Needed a cake, they didn't have what we wanted but not helpful with suggestions. In fact the lady suggested we pay the same amount of money for a non iced cake then also pay for our own frosting..To devour

They could use another checkout person during the evening rush hours. They have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. There are a few more signs which helps. Also, the Raley's app doesn't indicate if an item is out of stock, which happens frequently at the end of the day or weekend. The recycling area is on the right front corner of building, while you're facing the building.
