Worst pharmacy ever!They always get it wrong. This time, they were out of stock of a medication, and they can't dispense the medication after having the prescription for 7 days (today is the 7th day).They haven't even ordered the medication yet!So even if they ordered it now, we couldn't pick it up tomorrow because we are past the date they can dispense.We have to go through the entire process of seeing the doctor, getting new tests, and taking the evaluation.Absolutly horrifying in their incompetentcy.

Very poor customer service at this location. They are crossing the line when they try to play Doctor and deny prescriptions from my actual Doctor and no it's not for pain medication . Why would we pay to see our doctors ,get evaluated and prescribed medications if all we really need to do is go to Raleys pharmacy and have their receptionist tell us what we can and cannot have. If they don't like the reason for the prescription they will totally Discriminate against you and deny you. My doctor even said this is ridiculous and that is not the pharmacy's job to decide what we can and can not have. That is why we have doctors and dont get our Medical advice from Receptionist.

This is follow up from my prior review. Customer Service was helpful. I got a call after 2 days from a representative that spoke to the pharmacist that was working that day. He confirmed that the pharmacist suspected my prescription was fake due to an uptick of misuse of the prescription and decided to not fulfill it. I respect whatever procedure they have in place to determine that. However, when I had to call for an update the conversation was more insinuating my prescription was fake and that they're not doing it because it is a red flag. She could've just said that it was out of stock. Instead she took the opportunity to chastise me for something she assumed. Through all this the representative made it clear that they do not care how their employees treat their customers. He told me they cannot control how their employees speak to customers. Sounds like a company culture problem.

Employees seem to be unhappy to be at work and it shows….I couldn’t tell you the last time a cashier or bagger cracked a smile….place is also run down and a poor selection..

2 years ago or so there was an amazing Head Pharmacist but she retired. Since they have part time or floaters who do not get to know the customers. Most of the PA's are very helpful. I am going to another pharmacy now, because a floater was aggressive and rude to me. Do not need it even though it was more convenient for me. Also, she thought she knew more than my doctor. Arrogance per my doctor.

We went to Raley's to get some food for our BBQ. We found everything we needed for our BBQ. When we go to Raley's which is very rare, all the staff are usually pleasant and very kind. But our recent visit wasn't terrible but the person that was ringing our groceries up did not even acknowledge us. The person bagging our groceries did. As a GM for a grocery store, customer service is a big thing for the company that I work for. A little hello even if you don't converse with them during the transaction. He did not even give us our total, so we don't even know how much we spent. After we grabbed our groceries, I thanked him and said have a great day. He mumbled thank you. Hence the 3 - stars. He had a great customer interaction with the customers before us, so I was hoping the same for us but no acknowledgement. I will definitely shop at Raley's again because you have everything I need. Just wanted to give my observations! Thanks Raley's!

Rude employees @ Raley’s Benicia so we shop elsewhere. Went to Safeway in Benicia yesterday & was amazed at how much friendlier & more helpful their employees are vs Raley’s unfriendly crew plus there’s all sorts of ways to earn very generous rewards & even gas discounts

In the last 3 years since I moved to the area, every time I have called, I have been placed on hold for no less than 15 minutes. When picking up prescriptions, the wait has lasted too long. If a pharmacy can’t afford to have enough staff, it shouldn’t be punishing customers this way.

Fabulous Pharmacy--Raley's Southampton, Benicia Over many years I've worked with different pharmacies in Glen Cove Vallejo neighborhoods, but none provided 'comfortable' customer services. I tired of oppositional pharmacists who quoted pharmacy regulations and required return trips for pick-ups and other complications. In view of the rather large and expensive volume of Rx orders I moved on. In March, I transferred all my prescriptions to Raley's. May I briefly mention the outstanding ways Raley's staff has assisted me: Provided original copies of all my prescriptions as required by insurance Sorted out direct payment with my overseas insurance provider Used personal knowledge of pharmacy networks to optimize communication and cost-effectiveness Facilitated legal requirements for one controlled substance Rx Graciously handled concerns even under 'last minute' circumstances In general at Raley's I appreciate the pharmaceutical expertise/knowledge and professional commitment to addressing customer needs; the reasonable hours and minimal waiting time; the friendly, helpful staff and the reliable telephone order system. I recommend Raley's Southampton to pharmacy clients with expectations of service beyond a business transaction: in sum, Raley's customer service is outstanding!

Horrible store that I would not feel safe in. Three black kids came in and asked for help and you told them to go home and then called for help. How was telling them to leave the store helping? That manager has a disregard for human life and needs to be fired

It's HORRIBLE. Slow to fill prescriptions and never open. I dropped a prescription off 26 hours ago. It has not been filled yet. How is that possible? How is that acceptable? "You have to understand that it's Christmas Eve, there are only two of us working, we are closing early...". Which doesn't explain what's been happening the last 26 hours.
