OMG! In and out in less than 15 mins AND I am a very hard draw with only one or 2 spots to draw from. Willie listened to me and did not try to look anywhere else (iykyk). His hand was smooth and steady and he was very relaxed. I will definitely be coming back here for future blood work, best in the Bay Area I've met!

Bad bad bad bad bad. Had one question for my 90 year old grandmother about if her test was received or not. Spent 3 and a half hours on the phone trying to reach someone without any luck and only a message saying the mailbox is full. Then they made me wait in a waiting room with only a screen to talk to and no window or real person to talk to for 20 minutes. This is trash. Total garbage. The market is wide open to bring this place to it's knees and shut it down. No one coming in here likes this. I talked to 5 or 6 people waiting like me and they all agreed having a screen to greet people is disgusting. It's the beginnings of za new vorld order and it's AI structure.

Horrendous service. They don't even pick up their phone, their voicemail is full, they don't answer questions. It's time for a new diagnostic company to come into town and take these guys over because they do not do their job. My client is 90 years old and has spent over 3 hours this morning trying to get a hold of somebody anybody just to find out a simple yes or no question and the fact that they don't provide even a modicum of decent service is unacceptable

My appointment was at 9:30 and I got called in at about 9:50 AM. Checking in was very easy and the office is very clean and maintained. I wish I got the phlebotomists name, but she was the only one there working because others had called out. She was very kind and the process was very smooth and fast. This was done on 10/19/23, so I'm shouting out to the girl who worked that day because she is doing great ?

Could someone at Quest please see these reviews and fix these problems.Another horrible experience at quest. Even the employee helping the phlebotomist said she needed to move quicker. If you don’t have the correct material for a toddler don’t accept the appointment. If you don’t know how to work with a toddler don’t allow parents to make appointments at this location!!!!!! Do any of your locations specialize in pediatric care?

Horrible service, unskilled phlebotomist, they actually didn't have a butterfly needle to use on my very delicate veins, but insisted on trying a larger guage needle, which blew up my vein, and causing a huge knot, and bruse. Results..no blood drawn 1 1/2 hours wasted.

The wait was long, yes, however, Cynthia was doing the best she could as the only technician on duty that day, both drawing blood and doing drug screens. One gentleman even harped at her for the long wait and she responded ever so graciously stating that she was going as fast as she could and she would get to him as soon as possible. It's almost like people WANT you to move fast with a needle in your hand! Poor Cynthia but kudos to her for trying her best to keep her head above water during these uncertain times and short staffing. You rock!

I received a slip to have bloodwork done in December, but my appointment wasn't scheduled until early March. When i went to do my bloodwork at the Columbus location, the lab had moved to 810 Southampton Road in Benicia. Nice that it's closer to my home, but NOT NICE that i now had to go to another location. This one is tucked in the corner next to Sports Clips and the parking is tight as it's competing with Jamba Juice, Panda Express, Starbucks, and Quickly. The reception area is half the size of the Columbus Parkway location and the stalls where the blood is drawn is also cramped. There were 5 people in the cramped waiting area, complaining about the wait. There was only one phlebotomist on duty as the other was at lunch. The 4 stars are for Maryam, Floater phlebotomist, who was dealing with all of the disgruntled customers, but still managed to take my blood with less pain than I experience at the Vitalant Blood Center. I'm not sure why this location was deemed acceptable, but it's closer to home. Next time, I'll arrive EARLY, park farther away, and give myself plenty of time to walk over. I would recommend having more than one tech on duty at lunch time so customers can drop in and may be handled efficiently during their lunch break.

The wait time is ridiculous...even for appointments. I don't understand when what they do is very simple. I've been to a much busier lab at Sutter and they get people in and out with only 3 workers in the back. To make a cancer patient spend so much time waiting is ridiculous. As if cancer patients don't already have little time left in their lives...spending precious moments waiting is a shame. Shame on you Quest!!

Staff is nice and they have great technique: but do NOT use the walk in service. You won't get seen for hours. Just make an appointment.
