This place is terrible. You can't get appts in the morning. Takes walk ins but they've turned me away 3xs. Dr sent over blood tests & I'm supposed to know what he's ordered, which IDK. Said something about having to wait 2 hrs I was lectured me on how busy they are & she jammed the needle in my arm, I never had a blood draw hurt so much, had a huge bruise for a week.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE LABCORP PAPERS, Quest will omit tests needed because they have a different system...and not tell you! I checked and Quest said "oh yeah, no problem!"Check in is convenient.Wait time is ok.Personnel taking blood are ok.They forgot a test, had to ask for it.My Dr.s office called and said Quest had SKIPPED HALF of the bloodwork I went in for, so now I have to find more time, and get poked again.Not cool Quest.

OMG! In and out in less than 15 mins AND I am a very hard draw with only one or 2 spots to draw from. Willie listened to me and did not try to look anywhere else (iykyk). His hand was smooth and steady and he was very relaxed. I will definitely be coming back here for future blood work, best in the Bay Area I've met!

Bad bad bad bad bad. Had one question for my 90 year old grandmother about if her test was received or not. Spent 3 and a half hours on the phone trying to reach someone without any luck and only a message saying the mailbox is full. Then they made me wait in a waiting room with only a screen to talk to and no window or real person to talk to for 20 minutes. This is trash. Total garbage. The market is wide open to bring this place to it's knees and shut it down. No one coming in here likes this. I talked to 5 or 6 people waiting like me and they all agreed having a screen to greet people is disgusting. It's the beginnings of za new vorld order and it's AI structure.

Horrendous service. They don't even pick up their phone, their voicemail is full, they don't answer questions. It's time for a new diagnostic company to come into town and take these guys over because they do not do their job. My client is 90 years old and has spent over 3 hours this morning trying to get a hold of somebody anybody just to find out a simple yes or no question and the fact that they don't provide even a modicum of decent service is unacceptable

My appointment was at 9:30 and I got called in at about 9:50 AM. Checking in was very easy and the office is very clean and maintained. I wish I got the phlebotomists name, but she was the only one there working because others had called out. She was very kind and the process was very smooth and fast. This was done on 10/19/23, so I'm shouting out to the girl who worked that day because she is doing great ?

Could someone at Quest please see these reviews and fix these problems.Another horrible experience at quest. Even the employee helping the phlebotomist said she needed to move quicker. If you don’t have the correct material for a toddler don’t accept the appointment. If you don’t know how to work with a toddler don’t allow parents to make appointments at this location!!!!!! Do any of your locations specialize in pediatric care?

Horrible service, unskilled phlebotomist, they actually didn't have a butterfly needle to use on my very delicate veins,but insisted on trying a larger guage needle, which blew up my vein,and causing a huge knot,and bruse. Results..no blood drawn 1 1/2 hours wasted.
