Scott was so nice when dropping off my POD. He called and let me know he was on his way, and he arrived he verified where and how I wanted the POD placed. Scott was very professional and had no trouble placing my POD.

The most convenient move I’ve ever done! The PODS employees & drivers were very professional and polite. Communication was great! I will use PODS for any future move we have, so much better than driving a U-haul or similar truck!

If you encounter any type of issue with your service it is near impossible to reach the correct person to help you. I had to personally present the customer service agent multiple solutions to fix my problem. That agent had to relay it to their supervisor who had to relay it to their supervisor. I was denied talking to a supervisor when I asked so I was stuck playing the telephone game like a toddler. Ultimately, it took the company 20 days to resolve the issue of finding and loading my weight tickets.

I just recently found out my PODS Unit was stored here. I am emptying it for my new home in Texas, BUT I found the services here to be EXCELLENT, so I wanted to give them a good review today! The one gentleman my family and I met here, a Hispanic-American, was GREAT! A very kind and helpful fellow with a great attitude and willingness to lend a hand whenever we needed one. I know that there are more employees here than that, BUT he's the one that we met and interacted with this week. He was great! So shout out to him—an excellent company. Check them out for all your moving and storage needs. God bless!

Recently I used PODS to move cross-country. Neighbors highly recommended them, having used PODS for 3 moves. I was so pleased with the PODS service bc of low amount of damage to my belongings, no moving in and out of a truck for warehousing-- once the POD is loaded, it's stored until you need it. Excellent staff and service was 1/3 the cost of a moving company.
