It was my first time here and I could not have asked for a better experience! I make it a point to shop small and local businesses as much as possible, and Pink Arrows has definitely made my list of go-to boutiques! I came in just to browse and not really looking for anything in particular. But after finding a whole bunch of Agolde jeans in my size, I headed straight to the fitting room where Michelle helped me out. She even picked out a few suggestions similar to the jeans I had already picked out. She is absolutely amazing! Great service and she does it with a smile. You can definitely tell the ladies who work here enjoy their job! This shop has a great selection of clothing, and they're a haven for all kinds of denim! They're denim wall is unmatched, and they carry various brands including Agolde, Joe's, Free People, and more. All that considered, their prices are generally on the higher end. Even so, I think the quality of the items you're getting and the cost per wear end up making shopping here worth it. I happily walked out with a new pair of jeans, and I can't wait to shop again here soon!

The clothes are super cute and the sales people are nice, able to put together outfits for you, but BUYER BEWARE! All sale items are "all sales final" and no exchanges. I bought a jacket that was $142 (on sale). I didn't care for it when I got it home and tried to return/exchange it 6 days later (tags still on, never worn had the receipt). The woman behind the counter told me no and was not very helpful. I asked where the sign was and there is a little sign by the cash register in small print stating this. She also told me "It's on the receipt." I'm thinking "How is this helpful if it's on the receipt? I've already purchased it so it's a little late." Also - if you take the tags off for whatever reason you cannot exchange or return either (even if not on sale). I emailed the owner to see if I could even exchange the jacket - no reply. So sad and I'm not sure I can offer them my business anymore. If you want to keep local customers I would expect better customer service, especially for expensive items. It would be better if the salesperson would say something about "all sales final" or at least be very obvious. Sigh.

I was looking for a Free People jacket that my daughter wanted for Christmas, and it was sold out everywhere in the color and size that she wanted. I finally found it at Pink Arrows Boutique. It was shipped quickly and arrived with the nicest handwritten note- such a delightful touch! My daughter loves the jacket and I am so happy that I found this wonderful boutique.

First visit, my experience was cool. Second visit, uncomfortable. I walked in right after another customer and No welcome until the customer service kicked in… that was 10 mins late. Very awkward! #inclusion#ignorance #Arrogance # sad

I love this store! The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's awesome that they carry free people so I don't always have to cross the bridge. While the items might seem pricey, everything is pretty high quality and you get what you pay for. Michelle is a rockstar and is awesome when you need some styling tips!

I made my first purchase at this shop. It was a pair of jeans, that I don't want to take off! Becca knew exactly what would work for me and I bought the first pair I tried on. Her selection of attire is current, fun, well made and a good value. Thank you, Becca!

I've been in a few times, they carry some good brands but overall have a hard time with sizing as they are usually sold out in my size. I went in to exchange a pair of shorts, the saleswoman helping me was awesome and super helpful! There were two times the owner inserted herself in our conversation when I was expressing my thoughts on an item and she was so incredibly rude and dismissive. She barked, "I'm not sure where you get your information but those shorts are longer than the ones you own" (clothes fit every body differently it's not a matter of information???) The owner later processed my return (I wasn't going to give her shop another dollar after the way I was spoken to), and during the return she tried to tell me she doesn't usually carry enough cash and she can give me a gift card. Nice try telling to keep my measly sale ($138), but I declined and said debit would be ok. She then said that's not an option and proceeded to pull cash out of the register. While doing so she said, and I quote "Next time you purchase something with cash and you know you are going to return it, please call a day prior to coming so I can make sure we have enough cash" Who buys something "knowing" they are going to return it? I have always tried to shop here instead of shopping on Revolve to support a small local business, but I will never shop there again after being disrespected and spoken to the way she spoke to me.

I absolutely love this boutique. I am planning to visit when I can get over there. So far it’s just been online. They carry awesome brands and they really seem to care about their customers, even their online ones. They carry unique styles from well known brands too so you won’t see yourself coming and going.

Living in a small town is a double edged sword, and one of the "cons" is (was) not having anywhere local to buy cute clothes and accessories. I was thanking the fashion Gods when Pink Arrows came on the scene a few years ago and I've been a customer ever since. Nicole (owner) and her team are some of the friendliest, most welcoming, down to earth folks you'll meet in Benicia, and shopping there feels like you're hanging out with your girls. I often hear people complain about the higher price point, but if you are a Nordy's shopper (it me), you'll recognize the brands in Pink Arrows and appreciate the thoughtfully curated items. The quality of the items is legit, I have had some pieces for years now and they have held up great. Pink Arrows is my go to when I need to freshen up my wardrobe each season, get a little retail therapy, pick up a gift for a girlfriend or if I just want to take a little me-time, in a beautiful designed space, with friendly faces!
