“This review is specifically for the tech, Ben! I've been an RDA for 7 years and most of my time has been working in the valley (Modesto/Ripon) area where we deal mainly with Henry Schein, so when I moved out to Alameda 1 1/2 years ago and started working, Patterson was the main company they worked with and I was not impressed. Every time a tech would get sent out it was the wrong time, they'd come an hour late and didn't have the parts to fix any equipment leaving us without a running statim, no extra oral suction (post-COVID), etc. Today Ben was sent out and was above & beyond my expectations. I told him all my concerns and he looked at each and every one taking them into consideration and let me know what needed to be done with each. I will be requesting him for my office from now on because he's BY FAR the sweetest and knows what he's doing. THANK YOU, Ben!!”

Driver delivered all equipment to our home a day before my mother arrived. We had plenty of supplies for her while 2 week stay. Even picked up equipment the day she left so we didn’t have equipment sitting in the home. Each time I called the customer service department helped me with any questions I had. “I've had sheild healthcare for years and never had any major issue with them. They been so good with me and sending out the supplies ontime. Few years ago they change my insurance I had croam healthcare they were so rude and disrespectful and they always delayed on sending out the supplies not only that when you call and place a order or anything. They have you on hold for an hour. I told my insurance I want sheild healthcare back because they're more knowledgeable and nicer and they do things the right way.”
