Ordered a Dakota digital dash April 2023. As of June 21st 2023, I never received any updates. I had to contact them just to get any kind of an updated on just about an $1000 order. On top of that they finally got back to me and said it’ll be another 3 weeks. Terrible service. No updates , promises made that they couldn’t keep. Still waiting on the order..

Excellent customer service! I purchased a part 17 months ago for my vehicle being restored. When the shop was ready to install the part, I was informed it could not be used. I contacted Matt's and explained the situation to Kim. Kim was very nice and professional. She contacted the seller and arranged for me to ship the part back for a replacement. Working with me to return a part after17 months, I could not believe. Excellent customer service!

How is this dude still in business!? He moved from Concord, to Dublin, and now I find he's in Benicia? Dude has been scamming people for a better part of two decades. I'm in no means trying to troll this guy, but if you know any better or have ANY common sense, order from elsewhere. Resto parts are easily accessible, especially for chevy's. Run an online search and do your research before buying parts. DO NOT listen to Matt, he'll try selling you a piece of dog crap claiming its fossil fuel. PS - if he's still show casing his 67 bird that he claims he built.. he definitely didn't build it. I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know what a wrench looks like.

Do not shop here , I tried ordering over the phone and Melissa was very rude talking on the phone , no customer service whatsoever . she tried to make you feel stupid. I would honestly take my business else where . DO NOT SHOP HERE .

The prices were tremendously good, and the shipping was quick and reliable and many times the s/h was free. But the best part is the wonderful customer service—the best I have ever seen from a parts supplier. Many thanks to Kim who is brilliant and has helped us through many stages of our ‘67 camaro build.

Ordered gauges that didn’t work. Instead of attempting to work out a solution, was told there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service and OER parts that aren’t warrantied. Not worth the aggravation.
