“Intelligent Office is an amazing option for all business types. The Management (Sierra Van Derkamp) is very hands on. The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!”
“I am so incredibly grateful to all the people who work at this particular store. I have had a lot of problems with my knees while waiting for knee replacements and have been unable to come into the store and bring my Amazon returns! They have been kind enough to come out to my car, retrieve the boxes/packages, carry them in, return everything and bring me out the receipt. They have done all this with a smile, so kind and thoughtful and so patient. For someone who needs a little extra help it is so nice to be able to count on them. Staff are always polite, cheerful and they go above and beyond to get your needs met in a timely manner. I come in here all the time and I’ve notice that staff and kind and friendly not only with me but with everyone who comes in.
They answer question and resolve issues without making customers feel rushed or like a burden. They truly rock! I wish more stores had a team like theirs!”

“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”

I've witnessed her advise a customer when her shipping cost seemed inappropriate so they may choose an alternate like the USPS. You don't see that often in a competitive business environment.
