Excellent colored copy on photo paper . The gentleman there had given me good advice about the camera specs for the copy size -- so the picture will not come out grainy . Vanessa deals with my mother with kindness , patience and appreciation my mom is 74. I always get my fax ,notary , important docs sent there or I send out from there with no problems ?

I've been here 1 other time and didn't realize until today that they accept labeled packages from all carriers! The lady (owner?) let me know and I am so glad for this info. In the middle of a busy errands day with my 4yo and 5yo and had 3 different items (for FedEX, USPS, and UPS) to send. It was easy to walk in to this pleasant store and drop off the packages.

Above and beyond service! I couldn't find a place to park (not usually a problem, but it was the week before Christmas), plus I had two small children who were going to wreak havoc even if I found a parking space--so I called the business from just outside the store. The kindest worker came out, picked up the packages I needed to mail, took them inside, then came out to collect my payment and give me a receipt. What would have been a giant headache was instead a seamless experience. Thank you!

Have used this company for mailing packages or to notarize papers. Always happy with the service. But today when the owner mentioned her politics about the face mask and vaccine it changed things for me at that moment. I did not realize that Benicia passed a mask law to wear a mask in businesses even if you got the vaccine over night. So I bought a mask from Vanessa. Yet, a customer walked in without a mask and handed her a paper and walked out. She said nothing to him. She went on to state her politics how she was pro for wearing a mask in her business, that she had kids at home. I stated that Solano county was the lowest vax county in Ca. It's why she was for the mask she mentioned. Also, her co worker was standing there listening and was giving me the steering at me for my opinions. Giving me dirty looks. I think Vanessa could have left politics out of the conversation. I will no longer be doing business with Mail and More! I don't need a lecture on polices!

After an unsatisfactory experience at Office Max, I checked for copy centers in my own backyard and found Mail N More in Benicia. I called and explained my situation and asked if they could help me. I was assured that they could. So, off I went. The person who helped me was very courteous, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, and the pricing was very competitive. They'll be my first call for any future copy needs.

This place is so convenient. The customer service is amazing. The younger girl with the wavy hair helps me daily, package my Fed Ex envelopes. She doesn't have to do this she just does it! Always greeting me in a friendly tone and smiles. She cool AF! Just wanted to drop a positive on her today! Your great service is appreciated! Have a beautiful day!

Avoid interacting with the little old man. He is very mean-spirited and extremely rude. He may be the proprietor but that's not the kind of operating business owners Benicia wants. He can take his business and services to another town. His low-life energy and business attitude is not what this town needs.

Friendly and competent service. I come in often to fax things, get things laminated, and of course shipping. The vibe is good and the owner works in the store and cares about his customers. Five stars.
