Carolina has been a delight to work with. We met with her in person for one day looking at homes then had to return to California. She was able to recognize what we were looking for and we bought a house sight unseen (actually via FaceTime), trusting her judgement. We are thrilled with the home she chose for us. Absolutely the best!!
I first heard about Gretchen and Tony of Hughes Realty when they were recommended to my daughter. They helped her get the perfect home for her and I was very impressed with how they work. Once I decided to sell my home and buy in Benicia I went right to them. We looked for months and they reassured me that we would find my perfect home. They were in no rush for me to just accept something. It took almost a year but they stayed with me and I am now in my perfect place. I've worked with many agents over the years, some good and some not so good. Gretchen and Tony are in a league of their own. They are respectful agents who work with you as a team. They know how to strategize and how to read a situation. I felt completely protected by them and I knew they had my back. I now feel like they are a part of my family!

When working with an agent (or in this case, a power duo) you want someone who is quick to respond to your pressing questions, someone who knows the ins and outs of buying a home in your area, and most importantly someone who advocates for you and looks out for your best interests. These ideals all describe our experience with Tony and Gretchen. The road to purchasing our home was a bumpy one, due to problems that continued to surface during inspections. Tony and Gretchen were so attentive and communicative from start to finish and because they shared in every aspect of the emotional rollercoaster with us, we truly felt that they were on our team. My name is Raquel. I am very thankful for Hughes Realty for helping me sell my home in a matter of weeks! I’m so happy with all their help and guidance during such a stressful time of selling and buying a property. Prior to finding them I had a real estate agent to sell my home, but that agent wasn’t the right fit. Luckily I was able to find Hughes Realty to help me! As soon as my house was sold they were very patient in helping me find my dream house since to be fair I am a very picky buyer. I wanted a one story level home and overall a home that I would be in until retirement. I didn’t want to move again! I was very pleasantly surprised with Tony Banducci and Gretchen Hughes. I was looking for a property within my budget and had already been abandoned by two other realtors who gave up on me! I found Tony accidentally by filling out a form on one of the real estate sites. I immediately received an email from Gretchen saying that Tony would be in touch. This was serendipity! When the deal was sealed Tony recommended a person to paint and do repairs for me. Tony supervised the entire project! He never neglected to answer an email, phone call, or text. His expertise on all real estate matters was very reassuring. I feel like I have known Tony for a long time, not just the short time that has passed. I highly recommend Hughes Real Estate.
