Love the Irish sea moss!! Repeat customer ?

The product is incredible but the customer service is horrible.I first encountered this company at the Rose 5K in Sonoma. The customer service was amazing that day! I bought a ton of items and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the the store front was very close to my house. Fast forward to today, I go to the store. The sign says “closed”. I walk in and the store is empty. I tell them about the sign and they don’t care. One person has her feet up on the couch and watching tv, the other is sitting by the window. The one by the couch never gets up. She just turns and says hello and keeps watching tv. The guy by the window didn’t seem to have a ton of product or inventory knowledge.I ended up buying 13 items. I found the items on my own. Read about them without any assistance from the staff. I even told them I didn’t know what I wanted and they still did not help. After spending a couple hundred dollars, I asked if there was a discount or gift with purchase. They tell me there is rewards program. They don’t have any paperwork about it and they don’t give me any information about it. It was like I was bothering them by coming in the store.I bought the items and left. I gave this store 2 stars because their products are amazing. I would of given it a 1 or a 0 if not. I will not be back again and I do not recommend you go either. Businesses need to understand that you can’t treat people badly and still expect to get our business. This place gets 2 thumbs down from me.

Picked up a jar of the sea moss and the young lady providing the service was pleasant and very helpful. She gave me insight on all the products and even asked how my day was going! The location is easy to get to and plenty of street parking and very clean place.

I love getting my sea moss from here!! I always feel better after a week tops! I also did not know the sea moss couldn't go in the freezer in the glass container so it broke and the store greatly replaced it for me! I am super greatfull because this stuff is a need!

I ordered sundried irish sea moss and it's early gone bad. It's supposed to be lighter colored and it's full of black spots. Searched for authentic Irish sea moss but didn't expect such bad quality.

Awesome place! I stopped in today and bought my refills on healthy and longevity. I didn't know they were closed, but saw the door open and I popped right in. I was assisted by the owner which was super cool & sooo attentive! I picked up my refill of delicious sea moss & sea moss soap for my kid. I love the big jars because I can scoop it right out and add it to my shakes or eat it plain. I love this place! I'm so glad it's local and that I can always get my hands on this good health stuff when I need it. It's improved my overall health and I'm not as low on energy as before. Thank you for being a treasure in the community! We all get good benefits from this natural beauty of sea moss. I have been recommending this gem to all my friends & family so they can, too improve their healthy & longevity.

I was searching online for an fruit market. I decided to look in Benicia and the first thing that popped up was Freshly Rooted Tribe so I decided to take a look. I'm 37 years old and I recently found out some health concerns that was going on in my body. I started reading the reviews and I was sold. I've known about SeaMoss and it's Health benefits but most places and online don't carry the real deal. I instantly jumped up but on my shoes and grabbed by keys and headed straight to Freshly Rooted Tribe. Once I arrived I was greeted by Skyler. She was so sweet and nice. I told her what was going on and how I found this gem. Just so you know I walked out of there with the Peace Love & SeaMoss, Handcrafted Soursop Tea, SeaMoss Soap and the lavender Sage oh and the cute Peace Love & SeaMoss bag where all my lovely items can go in and when I return I will most definitely be bringing my bag to purchase more. Wish me luck on a healthy journey.
