This review is a little late, but I just have to let everyone know that if you're looking for a wonderful place for a nail trim- look no further! They were amazing! It's very hard to get my Akita to approve of anyone to do his nails! Bear is very dramatic & hesitant (I cut them in his quick & made them bleed when he was a puppy by accident) the ladies there were warm, friendly, & professional! We just moved here & needed a groomer. Bear walked in happy & never made a cry when they trimmed them. They're reasonably priced as well. We also love that they support local rescues, so I was extra happy to see them! We'll definitely be back for nail trims & look forward to them grooming Bear too! I was definitely surprised by how well it went, I expected him to at least make a little cry- but nothing! He left with trimmed nails wagging his curly tail Thank you Featherer Pet!

We had two of our Bouvier des Flanders done by Omar this week, both groomed amazingly well. This was Yumiko’s first time at the groomer and she looks great.

Super caring groomers....always friendly staff. I've had my dogs nails done as well a potty groom several times there. They are quick, efficient, and caring.

This was a great recommendation from another fur mom. The staff here are very nice. My fur baby has been groomed by two separate groomers here and both have done a great job. I like the consistency.

Their services are very unreliable. We have been loyal customers and bring our bichon/poodle in for grooming on a regular basis. Our last three appointments have been cancelled due to issues on their end, today being the third time they have cancelled on us the day of the appointment. Rescheduling is a nightmare and obviously they've done nothing to solve the problem of being overbooked/understaffed. We'll be booking elsewhere in the future

Runs business inefficiently and passes those inefficiencies down to the customer through higher pricingPricing significantly higher than competitors with same experience and credentials Owner acknowledged her pricing was higher, and stated it was due to their credentials and experience. Owner is talented in performing grooming services, but not all team members are therefore quality of grooming varies Owner started grooming our dogs then stopped and had others groom Dog was shaved down on underside when specific instructions were to not cut Dog that gets cut often came out cut uneven On two occasions they got water in the ears of one dog which resulted in two vet appointments and need for medication to treat ear infectionsBrings on new team members that lack proper training, knowledge, experience, basic business principles, and customer serviceLacks effective communication Forces customers to use texting, but then at times doesn't respond or takes days or weeks to respond Mobile phone service often does not work Struggles with schedulingWill often ask customer to reschedule due to various reasons, however, if customer requests scheduling changes it becomes a huge dealNot accommodating for bathing needs as they come up in between regular grooming Has model that your pet will only needing bathing at set intervals i.e. 4 or 6 weeksFails to hold commitments/agreements Had agreement on cost for our two dogs, service interval, day, and that owner would perform service 1 week later we are asked to change date from Sat's to Fri's On next grooming service owner is not present for regular grooming and mistakes are made 2 weeks later receive very long winded text stating that cannot accommodate our request to change service interval from 6 weeks to 5, even though that was original schedule and recommended by groom who groomed last, then that pricing was going upCost $300 to groom 8lb Pomeranian and 15 lb Pomsky Received 3 other quotes and proceeding with one where cost is $65 for each dog for same exact service (bathing, nails, and cut) Other comps where around the same price, one actually lowerHighly not recommended
