This review is long overdue. We needed a table top glass for our new wooden dining table because apparently I'm a messy eater. Terri and team at Dan's glass helped us design the perfect piece. They made all the right suggestions from the polish of the edges to the radius of the corners. It's been over a year and the dining table still looks great!

I call Dan's glass for all of my glass needs. Whether its auto, residential or commercial. Their customer service is fantastic! You will not have to deal with any automated answering machines or press any numbers to get through to a department. Real people answer and they provide prompt service. Highly recommend Dan's glass! They're amazing!

Love this business! Have done two projects for me. Each time the customer service has been amazing. I love both my glass shower door and my built-into my slider dog door!

Capitol Glass should have been my first call! I initially set up an estimate with a Vallejo glass company that had really great Yelp reviews! The guy who came out to measure was pleasant and said I would have an email estimate within a day or two. Well, after a few days and then a week..... I called to find out what it would cost do I could schedule. No one answered the phone and I got a vm that said they were in training but to leave a message. I did, saying I had not yet received my estimate, left my name, number and address and asked that someone call me back. No one called me back! I called again a few days later, finally got someone on the phone who told me they were closed for training and had to learn their new system and that I was probably lost in the transition! Ugh. Time taken off, chasing them with phone calls, it was a picture of poor customer service I called Capitol Glass and had 100% great service from start to finish! It took one phone call and then it was great. Pleasant service, on time appointments, and quality work. The price was less than I thought it was going to be so that was another bonus!

I needed the glass of a dual pane window replaced as the interior pane had been broken. The owner (assuming it was Dan!) quickly measured it and then helped me by clearing out the broken pieces and putting tape around the edge for protection while I took it home for a few days until the replacement came in. Additionally they were the most reasonable when it came to cost compared to several competitors I called for quotes as well. Fantastic service at a great price!

Terrible service all around. They seem very busy so hard to get things completed. Lots of "We'll call you back" or "will email you right back" then days go by and nothing. Finally get credit card number and all is expected to be complete for order then they don't place the order. Talk to the owner Dan and wish I had that call recorded. Very poor service and has no faith in his team or his work so he says they won't be placing the order after gathering card info, confirming they had ordered and after many calls and emails. And his reasoning was just because he felt like it. A complete fail on their part for a simple order and wasting a customers time and effort.

Our car's window was smashed. Called Dan's and they located the glass and we were given an appointment for the next day. Dropped car off at 8 am and it was done within a couple of hours. Thank you to the crew at Dan's for being so on top of it.

My 2013 Honda Civic's windshield was damaged by following a gravel truck on Highway 4. AAA referred me to Safelite, but no one would respond to my area. After a second referral, this time to Dan's Glass, I called and made an appointment. A short drive, pulled up, and the windshield was repaired before I was able to check out their 1950-60's vintage automotive stuff & toy collection in their lobby. If they had a public coffee machine, I would have been there for a few hours. Great service and staff.

I didn't get service with them but they took the time to answer all of my questions. They even went above + beyond and sought out alternative solutions that even my insurance company couldn't offer (USAA). Great customer service and if it wasn't for this windshield shortage I would've gone with Dan's over any Safelite that USAA forces me to get.

Capital glass installed a new doggy door for awhile back and I loved the service. I called them back to fix a few broken windows and they were quick to come out and I received the quote the same day. They are very well priced and a great company with excellent service.

This company lie about the delivery time. I was told two months and now it's change to 3.5 to also 4 months before I get my door.They also are very horrible about calling and keeping you updated on the progress. The ladies in the office never return a phone call and have attitudes when you question them about why. I high I hope to work with this company but only to proven to me this was a mistake. Now I sit and wait for a door I fear will take 6 plus month to get because this company sucks and has no follow thur.

I had nine custom mirror orders for frames I had hand decorated for sale on Esty ranging from 11to 30 inches. Mike did an amazing job, even post marking each individual frame with the exact dimensions for each of its coresponding custom cut mirror. Ashley was great also very helpful with customer service and product assistance. Good service I will be back with more custom frames in the future.

Resently, we've had some windows replaced. (I've attached one of the Five windows, plus we also had a patio door installed)After calling around to a few places and being treated not so friendly by other companies service department. I reached out to Capitol Glass. They worked with my schedule issues, and were able to get my windows replaced with ease. Mike, Jose, and Juan did an impressive job. Thank you for the incredible customer service and professionalism.

I called Capitol Glass to inquire about having a living room window fixed. They agreed to come out the next day, between 4 and 6 p.m. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they made themselves available. Too bad this is where my positive experience ended: no one showed up. No one called. No one checked in. I myself called at around 6:30, and left a message inquiring about what had happened and requesting a call back. No one ever called back. It seems to me that if they didn't have time or inclination to fix my window, they could have said so. If they weren't going to be able to make it to my house, they could have let me know. And if they made a mistake, they could have owned up to it. These would have been decent choices to make; but the folks at Capitol Glass didn't make a decent choice. Nicely done, Capitol Glass!

I had the most spectacular experience at Dan's glass. My rental car window had been smashed, I foolishly didnt pay the car rental insurance but to repair the window would be less than my deductible. What to do? I was leaving town the next day! The guys at Dan's called everywhere for a replacement window. Sent someone immediately to get it. Repaired the car window and even cleaned it up a bit all within a hour. On top of which the price was under the quote. Amazing. Best of all, they were lovely kind people. Gave me faith in human beings again. Great service, Great people.
