A few days, my wife sent me in to find this French moisturizing cream. The manager of this particular location, Shelly was super helpful and went above and beyond with her customer service! Shelly opened all the totes and checked to see if the product I was searching for, was in any of them. Unfortunately we didn't find, but we found an alternative, which made my wife happy and I left with smile on my face after accomplishing my task. Thanks for all the help Shelly! You and your staff, especially the pharmacy staff are amazing! Overall 20 out of 10! Sincerely, Jonny Trinidad

Unfortunately, my experience mirrors E.L.'s. Each time my wife's doctor calls in a Rx to this CVS, they never call or text message her to inform her that the medicine is ready for pick up. Two days later she drops in and they repeatedly say, "we never received the Rx from your doctor". She then calls the doctor's office and they confirm it was sent "two days ago". This CVS then tells her it will be another 1-2 days to fill the Rx. Other CVS locations are not like this. CVS may want to consider they are "treating patients" first and customers second both of which are incredibly important.

I tried to pick up too early, was told come back 2 days later, when I did I was the first one to see your doors open just to be told that u don't even have any... this is not the first time...I'll be switching pharmacys

This good-sized CVS looks like an older store. It is has a large parking lot. The store seemed almost empty when I came here. What brought to Benicia rather than the store in Pinole which is closer was the availability of vaccines. My local store had nothing for weeks. When I decide I want something I hate to wait. The pharmacist was quick. I was in and out in just a few minutes.

Called this evening to ask if a certain item was in stock. It was not in stock so I asked when their regular shipment day was. The clerk I was on the phone with did not know but offered to put her manager on the phone. When the manager came on the phone I inquired about their shipment days and she completely hung up on me with no response. Extremely rude.

Sorry to hear some others have experienced problems with this CVS Pharmacy in Benicia. I have had exceptional service and professionalism when getting my Covid, Shingles or Flu vaccines. Entire staff is very efficient and friendly. Mr. Haddad (Pharmacy Manager) was very helpful today. Strongly recommend this location. Pro-Tip: avoid rush times such as 4pm after work. I've seen some longer lines and that may contribute to a less than favorable experience.

This place is a nightmare, every time I have to get my prescription I dread it. The moron who works in the pharmacy is rude as hell and very condescending. I can't wait to move so i will never have to go here again.

Employees are rude and bathrooms are dirty. It seems either people aren't trained to speak with respect or a hostile culture is what CVS is going for. Items are often not stocked--shelves just empty with employees doing nothing. Employees be advised that photos are NOT done in an hour as advertised. Go to Target or Walgreens instead, seriously. Plus, CVS is more expensive for the same items at other stores.

Do not order the 1 hour photos online. I called to confirm the order and the woman wasn't helpful. I went to the store and I was treated disrespectful as if I didn't actually place the order and now the next day I'm at my computer to get the order # and email the support. I'm now calling the store for the 2nd time this morning (1st time I was hung up on by K****y. They're not helpful or empathetic at all.

Good selection for a drug store as always, but CVS is an expensive option compared to other places.
