My son will be 1 soon and he's been at KinderCare Benicia 5 days a week since he was around 10 weeks old. I LOVE this center! I am a full time working mom and finding a center that felt warm, safe, clean, and inviting for such a little one (especially my first little one) was so stressful. I'm writing this review because I remember being a stressed out newborn mom trying to work out my childcare situation and not finding enough reviews! Anywhere! This center deserves all the love, shout out to the Director Erika and all the infant teachers. PS they make the CUTEST art here.

I'm so happy with this Kindercare! The staff is warm, welcoming, smiling and connects with the families. Mrs. Erika is the Center Director and she definitely knows how to pick her teachers because every one of them is amazing! Ms. Sammie is my toddler's teacher and whenever I see her with the kids, she is full of energy, upbeat, interactive with the kids, and so friendly! Ms. Journey is also very warm, welcoming and friendly at drop off. She lovingly tends to my son when he's having a hard time separating from me in the mornings. The center is very clean and beautifully decorated with the kids' artwork. I love my son's class. Ms. Sammie does a great job keeping it tidy and decorated with the kids' art and photos of themselves! I appreciate how she takes great photos of him throughout the day and sends them to me through the app! It makes being away from him not so scary because I know he's in good hands!5/5 for this KinderCare!

We have 2 of our children in attendance here, one of which has been there for a year and a half now. Have watched this place go through quite the transformation over the last 6 months! There were always good people here, some of whomhave been here for a long time but there had been some challenges here because of Covid and a now short lived director (had replaced the person who had been there for many years prior to Covid times). Just wasn't a good communicator to both the teachers and parents which caused a lot of problems. There is a newer director with the same name as the previous director (Erika). A Great group of teachers and care takers who work so hard and take pride to give your child a great experience. We feel good and trust everyone here with our children. It's never easy being away from your child for an entire day, day after day but these women make it a little easier because I know my children are in good hands.

After trying to get in to tour this facility for over 3 weeks, the director Erica told me she couldn't give a tour because she was going on vacation.I respect that everyone needs time off, but I consider it very unprofessional to tell a prospective family this. Called again to give it one more chance and was informed I could tour 2 weeks later. When I expressed frustration with the process, I was hung up on. What is so special that it takes over a month to even see this place? Really! It must be incredible if they are turning away prospective families...

We adore this daycare. The teachers are all so wonderful and our children look forward to going to “school” each day. Our daughter says “I love you!” to the teachers when she leaves and asks about them at home all the time. We are so happy to be a part of this community!

We started my son at the Benicia Kindercare at 4 months. All of the teachers are warm & welcoming and my son seems to enjoys his time with his teachers & other children. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a safe & stimulating place for their child!

It's very good. The teachers are very patient and professional. There are some small activities. It's a good nursery.
