Great customer service! We had just bought out first home a wanted to put some carpet in upstairs. We placed the order a little late and was supposed to be delivered after we moved in. Not a big deal. The the carpet arrived in Union city on time and he sent someone to go get it and install next day. A whole week early! Actual price was cheaper than the estimate. 10/10. Will recommend to anyone and everyone

We booked with Albertson's a couple weeks ago as it's my partners birthday this weekend and we wanted the house to be in perfect shape for our family coming over. We waited even longer so that we could specifically go with this company that had the special trucks. We have quite a bit of furniture so we moved everything a day early and squeezed everything into the laundry room like Tetris. Unfortunately for us, they canceled with less than 24hrs notice because the truck is down. They seemed apologetic on the phone but that doesn't help the fact that we have to find somewhere else to host last minute because we can't find any other company's to come with less than 24hrs notice. And now we have to either unpack the laundry room just to repack when we find someone or go without access to the laundry room for x amount of days. Again, I get that they didn't intentionally break their truck down but they should say somewhere that they only have 1 single truck and no back up plan.

The team of brothers from Albertson's Abbey Carpet and Floor did a fantastic job. They completed a 3-day job in 2 days! Their handling of furniture, dust from tile removal and installation of new flooring was done with professional care. The finished floor is beautiful, and the clean up was minimal. I highly recommend this local company.

I decided to replace the carpet in the two rooms in my house with carpet. I chose the old carpet 10 years ago and hated it. Abbey helped me find a new carpet that I liked. In fact they found several that I liked and sent me carpet samples to make a final decision. Then they came when they said they would for the installation. They moved the heavy pieces out of the way and got it done in no time at all. It was easy for me and I am very pleased with the the new look.

I love my new carpet from Albertson Abbey Flooring in Benicia. From the moment I walked in the door their service was extraordinary! The salesperson took the time to show me the various styles, colors and price ranges available. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions with no pressure to make a sale. The installer was excellent as well and the installation itself was impeccable. I even got a follow up phone call to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!!

We just had our flooring replaced with Albertson’s Abbey. The staff were friendly, helpful, not pushy and were happy to come out and provide us several estimates for different floor ideas. They even built a little model for us so we could see how the new carpet to wood transition point would look. The installation was quick to schedule and the installation crew were awesome. They were on time, worked efficiently and got the whole job done faster than had been estimated. The quality of the install was great and they were considerate of our two young children as they worked.

Dog diarrhea on living room carpet prompted two things: dog goes back to foster family (he'd already bitten me 4 times, poor boy) & Albertson's gets a call. I'd used them once before for a partial carpet clean; they're local & deserved a 2nd job.Spectacular: 3 stains gone (+ another stain from an incident when the previous dog died). So good it made the stairwell look grungy, so I brought them back to do the rest of the house.Highly recommend them; very efficient.

The gentleman arrived right on time, he shared with me what he was going to do and got to it. My carpets in the big living room were so stained with sodas and whatever else my kids spilled on the carpet the photos below show you how great it looks. I asked Mark where did he hide his magic wand. They're just the best.
