Horrible customer service. TBH I don't expect much going into any 711, but this one takes the cake in bad customer service. It's unfortunate too because it's a nice location for being so small. And they don't take Apple Pay.

EXTREMELY rude. Ghetto. As you can see, they’re slow and lazy still having to put away their inventory at almost 4pm. I only came because I needed to use the atm. But, I will NOT be back!!! And I’m telling everyone I know not to come here. As ghetto as Vallejo IS, at least the employees at the 7-eleven are NICE!***Also the one behind the green bins was trying to be confrontational. I’m not sure who he thought he was going to intimidate, but I proceeded to take pictures. I hope they rehire. People don’t deserve to be talked to by unprofessional people who are on the job! ????

Several months ago, I left a (deserved) one star review. However, in recent months, they seem to have done a 180° in many regards and are so much better than they used to be. The staff is lovely, and their computers / gas pumps aren’t having issues anymore like they used to from what I can tell. Great convenience, as I’m insomniac and they’re open 24/7 and a quarter mile from my apartment.

While I appreciate them being open 24/7, the bar is pretty low considering it’s a 7-11 and that’s kinda their thing. It’s also extremely close to my apartment; when I need something at 3am due to my horrible insomnia, this is obviously where I go. Unfortunately I’ve only been coming here since February 2023 when I moved right up the street from downtown, and I’ve already noticed some pretty severe issues. The staff are fairly cold and can sometimes be downright rude for no reason. I don’t have a car, but while at checkout I’ve repeatedly seen other people come in and say their pump isn’t working at all; what prompted me to leave this review is the fact that tonight at checkout, someone came in to say their pump wasn’t working, and the cashier snapped at them and said to go to a different pump. It took a while to checkout, so before I left, the same person walked in and said the second pump they went to also didn’t work. The one thing that bothers me the most, however, is how multiple times now I have attempted to purchase something with my debit card and it has been declined despite me having enough money in my checking account, including tonight (which is why it took so long to checkout, like I said). I even open my banking app and show the cashier my balance and they still refuse to sell to me because I almost never carry cash and the register keeps declining my card for no reason. This happens frequently enough that now they get MAD at me when it happens, which is funny because I know for a fact that I am not the only person this happens to. One time my card was declined on a ~$4 purchase despite me having well over $100 in my checking account at the time, and while they were literally trying to kick me out because of it, like they did tonight, the same thing happened to the person behind me in line at the same register as well as the person next to him on the other register. This is ridiculous. Fix your electronics and be nice to your customers; it really isn’t that hard. It’s starting to get to the point where I’d rather walk to the 7-11 on East 5th even at 3am despite it being a faaar longer walk and it being in a worse part of town. I started coming here for the convenience; it has ceased being convenient a long time ago. Also, this is irrelevant, but a car recently caught on fire in the parking lot 2 feet from the display of propane tanks. Doesn’t exactly give me much faith in the place when added on top of everything else.

I typically get gas here and sometimes a car wash. The new pumps are automatically adding a $12 touch free car wash. When I presented the receipt showing the car wash to the clerk they denied the machines are malfunctioning and refused to issue a refund.

Renu and San-deed are my favorite two people they are always so courteous and helpful and always greet you with a smile. I am going to miss them so much. Can't wait until the store open again they make my day.! P.S. second street store in Benicia.

I HAD STOPPED COMING TO THIS LOCATION ABOUT A YEAR AGO DUE TO POOR SERVICE. I RECENTLY STARTED TO COME BACK. BAD IDEA! THEY STILL HAVE POOR SERVICE, VERY RUDE, FOLLOW MY KIDS AND I ALL OVER THE STORE, ( EVERY PURCHASE THATS MADE IS NO LESS $40.00 ) THEY ACCUSED MY SON OF STEELING AFTER HE HAD JUST PURCHASED A $20.00 PLAY STATION CARD. ONE OF THE WORKERS GRABBED MY SONS ARM AND TOLD HIM TO EMPTY HIS POCKETS. THEY DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. MY SON DOES NOT STEEL! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. WILL NOT COME HERE AT ALL!

Very expensive, but for a quick, run to pick up an item or two, if you don't mind paying a little more for the item than you would at a regular supermarket,then it's a good choice.

If I can give 0 stars I would , the white lady with blonde /grey is the worst they need to fire her ! She's yells at people , never wants to do her job and I would never spend money there again and I'm regular who doesn't like messing with people jobs but she's terrible and feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her
