Walls are very, very thin. There was a group of 4 people in the room above talking loudly non-stop until 3am, I couldn't sleep. They were probably high, didn't care about others.
At 8am I checked if there was a breakfast (they say it starts at 7am), but it started only at 8:30am.
Well, the bed was good, and there was hot water, but what's the point if you can't sleep?

When I first arrived I was greeted kindly by the young lady and young man at the office. They offered me suggestions
on restaurants and provided recommendations on areas to visit. I didn’t get their names but they were truly kind. Our room was quiet and smelled clean. It did its purpose of being there for us to sleep in lol. It’s located in the mountains and it’s a quiet location. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice location. Old building(imagine what to expect).
People do not respect non-smoking signs.

This hotel is in a beautiful location in the mountains. It was nice to see the woods from the bathroom window; you definitely get the feeling that you’re out in the mountains. Our room was tidy and spacious. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. There were a few minor things: the ceiling wall and restroom door were a little stained, and the ice machine didn’t work during our second night, but it was nothing major; the hotel’s a little outdated, but it kind of has a charm to it. Would definitely still return here.

Outdated average room. Basic amenities, such as microwave, mini fridge, iron, hair dryer.
Noteworthy details: One soda vending machine, how ever it doesn't take cards, only coins. It is coke products.

I really like this place. The staff is so nice. The guy at the front desk is awesome and helped me with anything I needed. The bed was so comfortable. I wish I had it at home. Nice big tub. Beautiful view. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot in the room. I definitely recommend this place.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found the previous person's underwear on the ground ? the guy at the front desk was really nice and the location was pretty. Definitely needs some work but has potential.

Pleasant stay. Husband and I enjoyed the hideaway feeling of the hotel. The room was very tidy. Bedding was very comfortable. There happens to be a castle next door. The hotel is right along the San Lorenzo River. It was a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

This motel was a huuge let down. Appearances can be deceiving. Great service and nice rooms, EXCEPT....mold. Room 124 smelled like mold. The wall in between the bathtub and toilet was wet, had major dry rot problems and the manager tried to say 'it wasn't there yesterday' Dry rot doesn't happen overnight. They raised the price to more than DOUBLE for a LOCAL festival that was happening. In the morning, I asked for 50% off bcuz my nose was burning and my throat was sore due to the mold, I was given 25% off. This place needs some MAJOR work done in ALL of the rooms is what my friends said. Cute place though and has beautiful gardens on site.Rooms: Need carpet torn out and replaced with floors. It's foggy here A LOT and you can smell mold.Nearby activities: This motel is located NEAR the beach but is tucked away in the mountainsSafety: The motel is safe and quiet at nightWalkability: You can walk about, but the road can be super busy during the dayFood & drinks: There are coffee and breakfast businesses in the area, but they are still in Covid mode at the hotel, only offering coffee.Noteworthy details: This place is cute and quiet. A nice stay of you're needing a place away from the beach. I can't get over the mold, though. It's a killer.

I’ve stayed in a few places in Ben Lomond & Felton on Hwy 9 BUT this is a hidden gem. Great rates with a pool and hot tubs in the cottage and room 125. Quality Inn is family owned living on the premises who supported the fire crews during the fire clean up. We stayed there for for a few weeks with Anvil after the fire, and now that’s where we stay when visiting!
(Don’t forget to check out the Felton train rides and music venue- within 2 mi)

Needs an update but excellent service and beautiful landscaping. Rooms were clean but needs new carpeting an updated furnishings. Beds were comfortable.
